My opinion of the Le Creuset Pâtisserie nonstick molds

We're talking about Le Creuset again, but this time about a range that many of you haven't heard of: Le Creuset's bakeware range, which includes some non-stick molds that are wonderful. Miguel Ángel, author of the blog Pimientos Verdes, is delighted with them and shares his experience in this post.
Mi opinión sobre las mini-cocottes Le Creuset

My opinion on the Le Creuset mini cocottes

Le Creuset’s mini cocottes are a sure bet: they’re beautiful, easy to store, and truly versatile. Yet we often hear, “Everyone says they work for everything... but what for, really?” That’s why Laura, author of the Because food blog, is talking about them today and sharing lots of ideas so you can make the most of them!
Souffle de queso (receta de Julia Child)

Cheese soufflé (Julia Child recipe)

I love Julia Child's book. It's a book that explains different culinary techniques, aware that the reader may know nothing about cooking, and shows them applied to the many recipes it presents. That way you immerse yourself in the culinary world, and honestly her passion for cooking sweeps you up.
Solomillo a la pimienta

Peppercorn Sirloin

How nice to hear Luísa -Cocinando con mi Carmela- talk about the recipe she brings us today! "Delicious, delicious, and easy and quick to prepare." Because I think you'll agree with me that the slow, usual chup-chup dishes are wonderful, but we also like practical recipes for the days when we don't have much time for cooking. So I'm sure you'll be interested in today's recipe!
Muslitos de pollo con verduras

Chicken drumettes with vegetables

Raquel, author of Los Tragaldabas, talks to us today about that familiar simmer, that way of cooking and flavors of yesteryear that we love to revive and savor. To that end, she brings us a simple recipe that, with only a few minutes of preparation and a little patience while it finishes cooking, can become an exquisite dish. I encourage you to try it!
Magdalenas esponjosas de pueblo, en el molde Le Creuset

Rustic fluffy muffins in Le Creuset mold

Chicken and beef fondue with broth

With the San Juan festivities approaching, Loreto, author of Sabores de Colores, offers us a completely festive recipe that will fill the table with color, joy, good food... and very little prep work! Give this fondue a try, because it will very likely be different from any you've tried before, and it will be a sure hit with all your guests.
Cómo hacer un buen entrecot a la parrilla

How to Make a Great Ribeye on the grill

Today the author of El invitado de Invierno, Miriam, gives us some truly useful tips on how to properly cook a piece of meat such as a chuletón or a steak. Because while cooking on the grill is within everyone’s reach, it also has its tricks to do it with finesse!
Picantones con mostaza, miel y limón

Poussins with mustard, honey and lemon

Picantones are nothing more than young chickens that weigh around half a kilo and have tender, lean meat, although somewhat bland for my taste. For this reason, when I prepare them, I try to accompany them with very aromatic ingredients so they absorb the flavors well.
Frittata de alcachofas con jamón

Artichoke and Ham Frittata

Even as a personal opinion, I must say I think most of us love to see healthy recipes that are very easy to make and quick to prepare. Today Laura, from the blog Because, brings us one that fits all of that perfectly: a frittata which, with the contrast of the artichokes' flavor and the salty touch of the ham, you'll love!
Cobbler de cerezas (receta en la sartén skillet)

Cherry cobbler (skillet recipe)

Cherry season has arrived! Blessed they are, because they’re one of the fruits I enjoy most. I love that they’re part of the snack platter — to refresh and quiet hunger while waiting for the meal to be ready — at teatime, warning the kids to watch out for the pit and seeing how they enjoy trying to get every bit of juiciness, and, of course, how I love making jams and cakes with them!
Mi opinión sobre La parrilla Le Creuset

My opinion about the Le Creuset grill

The grill is a utensil we use all year round, for meats, fish, and vegetables (at the very least!), but cooking on a griddle is as easy as it is healthy, and when the weather is nice we tend to use it even more. That's why we thought it would be interesting for Miriam, author of El Invitado de Invierno, to share her opinion on Le Creuset's smooth iron grill, which she has had for a long time and knows well.
