My opinion on Le Creuset Pâtisserie non-stick pans
We are talking about Le Creuset again, but this time about a range that many of you have not heard of: the Le Creuset pastry range, which includes non-stick molds that are wonderful. Miguel Ángel, author of the blog Pimientos Verdes, is delighted with them, and tells us about his experience in this post.
My take on Le Creuset mini-cocottes
Le Creuset's mini-cocottes are a hit: they're pretty, they're easy to store, and they're really versatile. Although we often find that they tell us "Everyone says they are good for everything... but what really?". That's why Laura, author of the gastroblog Because , today tells us about them, and gives us many ideas so you can get a lot out of them!
Cheese souffle (recipe by Julia Child)
I love Julia Child's book. It is a book that tells the different culinary techniques, knowing that the reader may not know anything about cooking, to see them applied to the different recipes that it exposes, which are many. Thus, you enter the culinary world, and the truth is that your passion for cooking invades you.
Sirloin steak with pepper
What a pleasure to listen to Luísa -Cooking with my Carmela- talk about the recipe that she brings us today! "Yummy, yummy, and easy and quick to prepare." Because I think you'll agree with me that slow, traditional chup-chups are great, but we also like practical recipes for days when we don't have much time in the kitchen. So I'm sure today's recipe will interest you!
Chicken thighs with vegetables
Raquel, author of Los Tragaldabas, talks to us today about that always chup chup, that way of cooking and flavors of yesteryear that we like to recover and savor so much. To do this, he brings us an uncomplicated recipe, which with just a few minutes of preparation and a little patience for it to finish cooking, can turn out to be an exquisite recipe. I encourage you to try!
Fluffy village muffins, in the Le Creuset mold
Rosa Ardá, whom many of you know from her blog Velocidad Cuchara , has left me enchanted with the delicious, fluffy and irresistible cupcakes that she has prepared. Some of you will think that making cupcakes is simple. I would say that it is not complicated, but taking that point that makes them deliciously rich to the eye and to the palate has its what!
Chicken and beef fondue with broth
In view of the festival of San Juan, Loreto, author of Flavors of Colors, proposes a totally festive recipe that will fill the table with color, joy, good food... and little preparation work! Dare to try this fondue, because it is very likely different from the ones you have tried so far, and it will be a sure hit among all the guests.
How to make a good grilled steak
Today the author of The Winter Guest, Miriam, gives us some really useful tips on how to properly cook a piece of meat such as a ribeye or a steak. Because although cooking on the grill is something within everyone's reach, it also has its tricks to do it gracefully!
Spicy mustard, honey and lemon
Picantones are nothing more than young chickens that weigh around half a kilo and have tender, fat-free meat, although a bit tasteless for my taste. For this reason, when I prepare them, I try to accompany it with very aromatic ingredients so that they are well impregnated with their flavors.
Artichoke frittata with ham
Still being a personal opinion, I must say that I think most of us love to see healthy recipes, very easy to make and quick to prepare. Today Laura, from the blog Because, brings us one that perfectly responds to all this, a frittata that, with the contrast of the flavor of the artichokes with the salty touch of the ham, you will love!
Cherry Cobbler (skillet recipe)
Cherries time has come! Blessed be, because they are one of the fruits that I enjoy the most. I love that they are part of the pica-pica -to refresh and quell hunger while waiting for the food to be ready-, at snack time, tell the kids to watch with the bone and see how they enjoy trying to take advantage of the juicy part to the fullest and, of course, how I love to make jams and cakes, with them!
My take on Le Creuset Grill
The grill is a utensil that we use all year round, for meat, fish and vegetables (at least!), but cooking on the griddle is something as easy as it is healthy, and in good weather we tend to use it even more. That is why we thought it interesting that Miriam, author of The Winter Guest, gave us her opinion on the Le Creuset smooth iron grill, which she has had for a long time and knows well.
