In these Terms and Conditions of sale, "Claudia&Julia", "we" and "us" mean "We Love Cooking, S.L." and "you" means the Customer.

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "conditions of sale"), regulate the legal relationship that emanates from the purchase and sale processes carried out by you on the website located at the url and its owner, We Love Cooking, S.L., with CIF B66595979, registered office at Era Esquerra 12B, 08240 Manresa (Barcelona), and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, ​​volume 44961, sheet 52, page 472592, 1st entry. You accept the conditions of sale from the moment you use or contract the service or acquire any product. This document can be printed and stored by You. Claudia&Julia reserves the right to modify the content and/or scope of the General Conditions of Purchase at any time, without the need to communicate or notify it in advance, so read its content carefully as it is the responsibility of the Customer to review the General Conditions of Purchase. before purchasing any product from the Website/App.

1. Placing your order

1.1. When placing a purchase order through the Website/App, the Customer declares that they are over 16 years of age and He or She have the legal capacity to contract the products on the Website.

1.2. You can place an order through our online store at www.claudiaandjulia.com, by writing to tienda@claudiaandjulia.com or by calling us +34 935 953 729. Orders that arrive in a different way than those indicated above will not be accepted.

1.3. Once your order has been accepted, we will send you an email confirmation which will also contain the order number. The order confirmation will be effective from its shipment. If we cannot process your order due to an incident, we will contact you by email or telephone.

1.4. To place an order at Claudia&Julia, you need Internet access to connect to www.claudiaandjulia.com and add the product or products you want to buy to the basket.

1.5. Once you have all the required products in the basket, the purchase continues, you will have to choose the Shipping Method and Payment Method.

1.6. Once the order has been placed, Claudia&Julia will send Customers an email with the order receipt that will contain the purchase summary, as well as payment information, if applicable, and shipping and billing information.

2. Delivery of your order

2.1. We will supply you with the products indicated in your order confirmation, in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale.

2.2. The hours for receiving orders are twenty-four (24) hours three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, although orders placed after fourteen (14) hours will not be processed, leaving for the next business day in the city of Manresa. Orders received during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday or first business day.

3. Prices

3.1. The price of the products includes the corresponding VAT and will be the one indicated in your order and/or invoice.

3.2. The VAT at the applicable rate indicated on your bill, will be at your expense. "Intra-community acquisitions may not be made through our online store."

3.3. Shipping costs, where applicable, are at your expense, as indicated on your order and invoice.

3.4. The promotion of free shipping costs from a purchase over thirty-five (35) euros (VAT included), a promotion that is active occasionally and not permanently, excludes shipments to the regions of the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (when it is active).

3.5. Claudia&Julia discounts and promotions will only be valid during the indicated dates or until the end of the promotion units. In no case will products be sold at price 0 that are not subject to a promotion.

4. Payment of your order

4.1. You can pay for your products through any of the payment systems enabled on our website:

• Payment by card or Bizum. The Customer must include the number of their debit/credit card (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard), as well as any other additional information required in the purchase procedure. The charge will be made once it is accepted by the Customer's financial institution, since, otherwise, the purchase cannot be carried out.

The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information on their payment method, therefore Claudia&Julia is not responsible for any loss that the client may suffer as a result of incorrect information on the payment method provided.

• Payment by bank transfer to the account number indicated on the Website/App owned by Claudia&Julia, requiring the Client to indicate the order number. The bank commissions applicable to the transfer will be borne by the Client.

• Payment by PayPal. It will be necessary for the Client to have a PayPal account to use this mean of payment.

4.2. You must pay in the currency indicated on your invoice. We only accept payments in Euros (€).

4.3. If you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card information at the time of placing your order. We only accept payments with secure cards in which your identity as the cardholder is authenticated according to the method established by your bank, through the secure electronic commerce service ("Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode").

4.4. If you pay by bank transfer/deposit, the necessary data to make the payment will be sent to you by email. Your order will not be reserved or shipped until payment has been received by our bank account. If payment for the full amount is not received within four (4) business days from the date of your order, it will be cancelled.

5. Delivery of your order

5.1. We will ship your order to the shipping address on your order request.

5.2. We will ship your order within the delivery time that appears on our website on the date of issuance of your order confirmation. You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by sending an email to tienda@claudiaandjulia.com indicating your order number.

5.3. At the time of delivery of your order to our carrier, we will send you confirmation of shipment to the email address that you provided when placing the order. In the shipping confirmation we will indicate the tracking number corresponding to your shipment so that you can track it through our carrier's website, depending on the shipping method you have selected.

5.4. Deliveries are made in 1 or 2 working days in the Peninsula. Some areas far from urban centers or provincial capitals do not have daily delivery, so the delivery will be made on the first day available by the transport agency, and the forecast may be delayed by 1-2 working days. The Customer will be able to track his or her order from the website of the agency that delivers the order.

5.5. The ownership and risk of loss of the products of the order will be transferred to you when the order is delivered.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

6.1. If you are not satisfied with any of the products in your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund within the first 14 calendar days.

7. Warranty

7.1. The guarantee of the products sold in Claudia&Julia will comply with the provisions of current legislation and, therefore, in general, they have a legal guarantee of three (3) years from delivery for orders placed after the 1st of January 2022.

7.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it will be understood that the products are compliant and, consequently, will be out of any guarantee when:

a) The damage or deterioration in the products sold by Claudia&Julia occurs due to causes beyond the manufacturer or Claudia&Julia or, where appropriate, whoever acts under their responsibility (force majeure, accident, etc.) or as a result of incorrect use, configuration or installation of the product by the Customer.

b) The damage or deterioration in the products sold is caused by a component that has not been supplied by the manufacturer or Claudia&Julia or it is the consequence of alterations or repairs carried out by persons other than the manufacturer or Claudia&Julia or, where appropriate, by whom acts under their responsibility.

9.1. Claudia&Julia reserves the right to modify the commercial offer on promotions on the web www.claudiaandjulia.com (those promotions that are into force at the time of the user's purchase will be respected) at any time.

9.2. Claudia&Julia puts all reasonable means at its disposal to try to ensure that the information displayed on its website is true and without typographical errors. If any error of this type occurs, at all times beyond the control of Claudia&Julia, it will be corrected immediately, as soon as it is detected. If the error occurs in some of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase, we will notify you about the error.

Claudia&Julia extracts the characteristics and descriptions of the products offered on the web, from the information that manufacturers and distributors provide to Claudia&Julia and in some cases, from their own websites. In the event that the information about the product does not correspond to the real characteristics, the customer may cancel the order at no cost on his part.

9.4. The information presented on this website is in Castilian (Spanish language), including the formalization of the contract and all contractual information displayed and sent to consumers or users.

11. Force Majeure

We will do everything possible to fulfill the obligations derived from your request. However, we will not be liable for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to force majeure. In case of delay, we will fulfill our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Online dispute resolution

In accordance with art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer matters, Claudia&Julia informs Clients that they can submit their claims to the dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The General Purchase Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.

In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of the General Conditions, the competent Courts will be those established by the applicable regulations regarding the competent jurisdiction of consumers and users.

14. Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses

If any clause included in these conditions of sale is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only stated provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, subsisting the conditions of sale in everything others, having such provision, or the part of it that was affected, as not placed.
