Laura Ashley
In the mid-1950s, Laura was inspired by an exhibition of traditional weaving at London's Victoria and Albert Museum to create handcrafted fabrics and clothing at home. Within a few years she opened her first store and the Laura Ashley name became synonymous with quintessential traditional English design.
