Track my order

Enter the order number shown in your confirmation email and the email address you used to place the order.

Cancel an order

You can cancel your order until we prepare it for shipping. Enter the order number shown in your confirmation email and the email address you used to place the order.

Make a return or exchange

Returns are handled through our returns portal. If you'd like to exchange a product for another, return it and place a new order for the one you prefer.

Why do you want to return it?

I ordered it by mistake or changed my mind

You can return any product with no time limit, as long as it hasn't been used and you keep all the original packaging in perfect condition. In the portal you can choose to take the parcel to a nearby drop-off point or hand it to the courier at the address you give us.

Send the product inside another box, either the Claudia&Julia box it arrived in or a different one, and never in its original packaging alone. If these conditions aren't met, we won't be able to accept the return and will send the product back to you, with the shipping costs payable by you.

Go to the returns portal

It's faulty or not what I ordered

On the warranty portal, you will need to add a brief explanation of the problem and 2 to 4 photos that clearly show the defect. We cover the return costs for a defective product. If we find no defect when we check it, we will contact you to help you use it without any problems.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, costs, destinations and delivery options.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In mainland Spain, orders for home delivery arrive in 1 or 2 working days. If you place your order from Monday to Thursday before 16:00, we prepare it the same day; if you place it later, we prepare it the following day. For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 19:00 leaves on Wednesday and arrives on Thursday or Friday.

We do not prepare or deliver orders at weekends or on public holidays. Orders to the Balearic Islands take 4 to 5 days; to the Canary Islands, 7 to 14 days; and to the rest of Europe, 3 to 5 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal is free on orders of €35 or more; below that amount, it costs €4.50. To the Balearic Islands it is free on orders of €45 or more; below that, it costs €5.90. Shipping to the Canary Islands costs €19.90.

For the rest of Europe, shipping costs:

  • Germany: €8.90.
  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic: €9.90.
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania: €14.90.
  • Finland and Sweden: €24.90.

If you pay cash on delivery, €2.50 is added. Bulky products have their own rate.

Do you ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

We ship to the Balearic Islands with no formalities: you just need to place your order on the website.

For the Canary Islands you can also place your order on the website, but you then need to contact us to sort out the VAT on the products. Shipping costs €19.90 and takes 7 to 14 days. The customs document (DUA) is at the customer’s expense and is arranged directly with the carrier; it usually costs around €26, depending on the goods.

For now, we cannot ship to Ceuta or Melilla.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes. As well as mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, we ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Sweden. If you live in another country, get in touch and we’ll see if it’s possible.

You can see the cost for each country under How much does shipping cost?

How are bulky products shipped?

Some products, such as ovens, large barbecues or certain food processors, are bulky products. Shipping them is free to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. We do not ship them to the Canary Islands and they cannot be delivered to a collection point.

To other destinations, shipping a bulky product costs:

  • Germany: €19.99.
  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic: €24.99.
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania: €34.99.
  • Finland and Sweden: €49.99.

If the same order contains a bulky product and other products, the general rate and the bulky product rate are added together.

Can I receive my order at a collection point?

Yes. At checkout, choose “Collection at service point” as the delivery method and search for your preferred point on the map by postcode. It is important to select the point and click “Save changes” before completing your order. If there is no point within 10 km of your home, search using the postcode of the place where you would like to collect it.

The carrier will notify you by email when the parcel is at the point. Bulky products cannot be sent to a collection point.

What happens if I’m not at home when my order arrives?

The carrier may leave it at a nearby collection point so you can pick it up whenever suits you best. You will see this in the tracking link we send you.

Is the parcel always delivered to the address provided?

Delivery is normally made to the address provided, but the carriers’ standard service consists of delivering the parcel to the building entrance or at street level. Under Spanish Law 15/2009 on contracts for the carriage of goods by land, the carrier is not obliged to take it up to your floor if there are obstacles, such as the lack of a lift or the weight or volume of the parcel. In that case, the carrier may leave it at the building entrance or offer you another option, such as a collection point.

If you need a special delivery, such as delivery to your floor or hand delivery inside your home, there is an additional cost according to the carrier’s rates.

Can I choose the delivery time?

We cannot guarantee this, because it depends on the carrier. But if you would like to give them any instructions, write them in the comments when placing your order and we will pass them on.

Why do some products take longer to ship?

Some products in our catalogue are not available for immediate shipping and need additional preparation time. In these cases, you will see the estimated time during checkout. If you combine them with products available for immediate shipping, we will send the complete order within the time of the slowest product.

Can you gift-wrap my order?

Yes. At checkout, you can add gift wrapping for €3.50 per product: a sturdy kraft paper bag with the Claudia&Julia design and a personalised label. If you want to wrap several products, add as many gift wraps as there are products; if you only want to wrap one, say which in the order comments.

With very large items or sets of several pieces, we sometimes cannot guarantee a good result. In that case, we would cancel the gift wrapping.

Orders and payments

Payment methods, invoices, tracking and cancellations.

How can I pay for my order?

By credit or debit card, PayPal, Bizum, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available for deliveries in Spain and Portugal and for orders of up to €999.99, and costs €2.50. If you pay by bank transfer, we prepare your order as soon as we receive payment; if it does not arrive within 4 working days, the order is cancelled.

If you prefer to pay in instalments, you can choose SeQura: interest-free or at a small cost, over periods of up to 24 months. It is available in Spain, France and Italy.

How does paying with Bizum work?

Paying with Bizum on our website is very easy and works automatically, with no need to send money manually.

When you select Bizum as your payment method, you will go to a secure payment gateway where you only need to enter the phone number linked to your Bizum account. You will then receive a notification from your bank so you can authorise the payment.

Once confirmed, your order is paid!

Please note that Bizum is only available for payments from Spain.

How do I get the invoice for my order?

You can download it yourself, straight away, from your account: log in with the email address you used to place the order, open the order and download the invoice. If you need to change any details on the invoice, write to us.

How can I find out where my order is?

When we ship your order, we send you an email with the tracking number. You can also check it here with your order number and email address, or see all your orders in your account.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until we prepare it for shipping. You can cancel it here yourself, at any time, with your order number and email address: we will refund the amount using the same payment method. If it has already been prepared, once you receive the parcel you can process a return.

Returns, exchanges and warranty

How to return a product and what to do if it is defective.

How can I make a return?

If you change your mind, you can return any product with no time limit, provided it has not been used and you have kept all the original packaging in perfect condition.

Arrange your return through our returns portal. You can take the parcel to a nearby drop-off point or hand it to the carrier at the address you give us. Returns from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are free; from the Canary Islands and abroad there is a cost, which you will see on the portal.

Hand over the product inside another box, either the Claudia&Julia box it arrived in or a different one, and never directly in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return and will send the product back to you, with the shipping costs at your expense.

Once the warehouse has received and checked the return, we will refund the amount of the products within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method or, if you prefer, with a gift card. The order’s shipping costs are not refunded, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal.

Can I exchange a product for another?

Yes. Exchanges are handled as a return: return the product through our returns portal and place a new order for the one you prefer. That way, you don’t have to wait for the return to arrive before receiving the new product.

What should I do if a product arrives damaged or is defective?

Arrange this through our warranty portal, with a brief description of the problem and 2 to 4 photos that clearly show the defect. If the product arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days of receipt; if the defect appears later, you can claim throughout the warranty period.

We cover the return costs for a defective product. If, on checking it, we find that it has no defect, we will contact you to help you use it without any problems.

Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products come with a 3-year legal guarantee and, for many brands, an additional manufacturer’s warranty. On that page you’ll find what it covers and how to claim it.

What is the right of withdrawal?

It is your legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without having to give a reason. At Claudia&Julia we go further: if the product has not been used and you have kept the original packaging, you can return it with no time limit.

You can find all the conditions and the withdrawal form in our returns policy.

About us

Our story, our name and where we are.

What is Claudia&Julia?

Claudia&Julia is an online shop specialising in quality kitchenware, founded in 2012 in Manresa (Barcelona). We select more than 8,000 products from over 150 premium brands, with a clear focus on traditional cooking and uncoated utensils, such as iron and stainless steel frying pans.

Who is behind Claudia&Julia?

Claudia&Julia is a family project that began at the end of 2012 as the online extension of the kitchenware shop the founders’ family ran in Manresa. There we saw that De Buyer iron frying pans sold very well, but were hard to find in other shops and online. That is how a shop with a clear focus on traditional cooking was born.

Today we are a team of 17 people in Manresa. Discover our story.

Why is it called Claudia&Julia?

Our name is a small tribute to a film we love: Julie & Julia. Released in 2009, it tells the intertwined stories of Julie, a young woman who escapes from her job through a cooking blog, and Julia Child, the wonderful cook who popularised French cuisine in the United States.

The film, starring Meryl Streep, reflects many key aspects of our project: the fantastic Julia Child, a love of traditional cooking and the excitement of creating something of our own beyond our day-to-day work.

What’s more, when we created Claudia&Julia we were expecting our third child, and we were sure that if it was a girl, she would be called Julia. The name was also a nod to what this project meant to us: a family business built with love for our children, in the hope of balancing our working life with our family.

The funny part is that our third child was a boy. Then came a fourth… and he was a boy too. So the name brings together Claudia, the shop’s founder, and Julia, our small tribute to Julia Child.

Where is Claudia&Julia? Do you have a physical shop?

Our offices and warehouses are in Manresa (Barcelona). Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical shop: we are an online shop and we ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and much of Europe.

We are looking into opening a collection point at our offices in the centre of Manresa for local customers.

Expertise and selection

What you’ll find in our shop and how we choose it.

Which kitchen products and brands does Claudia&Julia specialise in?

We specialise in utensils for traditional cooking: iron frying pans, stainless steel frying pans, ceramic frying pans, cast iron cocottes, knives, baking equipment and small appliances.

We work with more than 150 premium brands, including De Buyer, Le Creuset, Staub, Lodge, WMF, Fissler, KitchenAid, BRA, Cristel, Magimix and Ninja.

How does Claudia&Julia choose the products in its shop?

From the start we wanted to steer clear of the typical shop full of gadgets and trendy products. We were born at the height of the creative baking craze — cupcakes, fondant… — but we decided to step away from trends and focus on traditional, everyday cooking and on utensils from manufacturers with a long history.

Our experience in the physical shop gives us in-depth knowledge of the market and the brands: we know which manufacturer is the best in each product range, where and how it makes its products and what quality it offers. That’s why, when a trusted manufacturer launches a new product, we know it will live up to what our customers expect.

What makes Claudia&Julia different from other kitchenware shops?

Our online shop grew out of a physical shop with many years of experience, direct contact with customers and in-depth knowledge of the sector. On top of that, we have a clear focus on traditional cooking and uncoated utensils, a selection of more than 150 premium brands and a team that advises you before and after your purchase.

Since 2012 we have served more than 175,000 customers and shipped more than 300,000 orders, with over 60,000 verified reviews and an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Trust

Customer reviews and official brands.

Payment is secure and encrypted, and you can choose the payment method you feel most comfortable with: card, Bizum, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery or pay in instalments with SeQura.

Where can I read customer reviews?

All our reviews come from verified buyers. You can read them on each product page and all together on our customer reviews page: more than 60,000, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Are you an official distributor of the brands you sell?

Yes. We work directly with the manufacturers or their official distributors in Spain, so all our products are genuine and come with the brand’s official warranty.

Yes. Every month we prepare different offers and organise special weeks for our most important brands, so you can buy at a better price. We also have an Outlet section with discounts all year round. We always announce all our promotions first in our newsletter.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes. You can give a Claudia&Julia gift card of €50 or €100, so the person receiving it can choose whatever they like best from our shop.

Content and community

Recipes, social media and sustainability.

Do you have recipes and cooking tips?

Yes. On our blog we share more than 1,000 recipes and practical guides, such as how to season an iron frying pan, cook with stainless steel or care for each material, so you can get the most out of your utensils.

Are you on social media? Do you have an ambassador programme?

Yes. We are on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, where more than 200,000 people follow us. If you create cooking content, you can join our ambassador programme.

What does Claudia&Julia do for sustainability?

From the very beginning we have championed iron and stainless steel frying pans: they have no non-stick coating, so there is no layer to wear out with use, which is the most common reason for having to replace a frying pan. To protect orders, wherever possible we reuse the cardboard from our suppliers’ boxes or use recycled paper, and we seal boxes with plastic-free kraft paper tape. In addition, for every order we make a contribution to reforestation projects through Shopify Planet. More about our commitment.
