Returns

From Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
If you change your mind, you can return purchased products at any time provided they have not been used and you keep all original packaging.
Returns within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are completely free and we offer two options to return the package: you can take it to a nearby drop-off point or hand it to the carrier at the address you provided.
The returned product must be handed to the carrier inside another standard box (either the Claudia&Julia box it arrived in or another one, but the product cannot be handed directly to the carrier).
If this is not done, we will not be able to accept the return and we will send back the item(s) that do not meet the conditions specified above. The cost of this shipment will be borne by the customer.

After receiving your return and when the warehouse gives us the OK, we will refund the returned products (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible (in any case, within 14 calendar days). Refunds are made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or you may choose to receive the refund in the form of a gift card to use in our store.

From the Canary Islands

Claims and returns for defective products
If the return is due to a defect in the product, you must notify us within 14 days of the date of receipt in order to claim it and arrange an exchange or return.

On the link you will need to provide:
-A description of the defect or how it originated;
-2-4 meaningful images showing the defect. The defect must be clearly visible on a screen.
Claudia y Julia will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
This defect request will be assessed by our team, and if the defect is not deemed to be present in the product, we will contact you to offer a solution.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, in its article 71, and Law 3/2014, of 27 March, products purchased at Claudia&Julia may be returned and refunded within 14 calendar days, without the need for justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal you can call us at 935 953 729 or you can email us at tienda@claudiaandjulia and we will inform you of the steps to follow. Products paid for by credit card or Paypal will be refunded to the same payment account after receiving the product. Refunds are always made by bank transfer to the customer's account.
The following requirements must be met to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The shipment must be made using the same box or wrapping in which it was received to protect the product.
- If it is not possible to use the original wrapping in which it was delivered, the customer must protect the product so that it arrives with the highest possible guarantees for inspection.
- The return must have been communicated or the package must include a copy of the delivery note or invoice issued inside the wrapping, where the reason for the return is also explained.
If the reason for exercising the right of withdrawal is attributable to the store (the product is incorrect or incomplete, it is not what was ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is otherwise, the cost of the return shipping will be borne by the customer.
