ReturnsIf you change your mind, you can return the purchased products without a time limit as long as they have not been used and you keep all the original packaging. The returned product must be delivered to the carrier inside another standard outer box (either the Claudia&Julia box in which you received your order or another, but the product cannot be delivered directly to the carrier). If this is not done, Claudia&Julia will not be able to return the amount of the returned product.
Products that were paid by credit card or Paypal will be reimbursed to the same payment account after receiving the product. Refunds are always made by bank transfer to the customer's account.
For returns in Spain, the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, we will send the carrier that will pick up the product at the address you indicate. Packages must be delivered well protected, inside a outer box, at no cost to the customer.
If you live outside of Spain, returns or exchanges have a transport cost of 12 euros.
In the case of a return due to a defective product, you must notify us within 14 days of the date of the order receipt to claim it and manage a product change or return. You can contact us at +34 902 070 031 or by email, and we will indicate the steps to follow.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree, 1/2007, in its article 71, and Law 3/2014, of March 27, the products purchased in Claudia&Julia, may be returned and reimbursed within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can call us at +34 902 070 031 or you can send us an email to tienda@claudiaandjulia and we will inform you of the steps to follow. Refunds are always made by bank transfer to the customer's account.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:
1. The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling.
2. The shipment must be made using the same outer box or wrapper in which it was received to protect the product.
3. In the event that it cannot be done with the packaging with which it was delivered, the customer must protect the product so that it arrives with the maximum possible guarantees for review.
4. The return must have been communicated or the package must include a copy of the delivery note or invoice issued inside the packaging, where the reason for the return is also explained.
If the reason for exercising the right of withdrawal is attributable to the store (the product is incorrect or incomplete, it is not what was ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is another, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
