We are talking about Le Creuset again, but this time about a range that many of you have not heard of: the Le Creuset pastry range, which includes non-stick molds that are wonderful. Miguel Ángel, author of the blog Pimientos Verdes, is delighted with them, and tells us about his experience in this post.

If you like home baking as much as I do, you will know that having a good collection of molds is essential and necessary for making different recipes.

As with all products, we can choose between countless brands and qualities and I opt for two brands that for me are a “must have” in any home: the Nordic Ware bundt molds and the Pâtisserie collection from Le Creuset .

Today I want to talk to you about my experience with the Pâtisserie range from Le Creuset , a brand about which I have already told you my experience with their cast iron items and with which I am totally satisfied.

The truth is that when I found out that Le Creuset was launching this new line of pastries I was very happy. I knew in advance that I was going to find a product of the highest quality and very resistant. The reality was that these molds more than met my expectations. And also, with a very competitive price. If you couldn't ask for more!

We found some molds made with carbon steel and you can see that just by picking them up (they are a little heavier, when you hold it you appreciate that it is a quality mold). They are much more resistant than other molds that we can find on the market, they do not deform due to the change in hot-cold temperature.

Something very important that I would also like to highlight is the excellent cooking they offer: being made of iron, they retain heat very well and offer perfect baking for our cakes. In addition, they come coated with a PFOA-free non-stick material that makes unmolding a very simple task and this also makes cleaning easier. Whether you decide to wash them by hand or in the dishwasher (like I do) you will see that they stay as good as the first day.

The Pâtisserie range is very wide, so we have more than enough variety: molds for cupcakes and mini-cupcakes , molds for cookies and sponge cakes , for plum cakes , base cakes ...

You may also find it very interesting to know that, apart from the fact that the range includes removable pans , the round cake pans have a removable base , which is a great help to ensure an impeccable presentation on the table.

As I mentioned before, cleaning is very easy since it can be washed in a dishwasher. You can perfectly use metal utensils to handle the dough you bake. Of course, taking care not to use sharp objects that could scratch them. I have had some of these molds for more than a year and they are as good as the first day! It is an investment that is very worthwhile.

Now some of the products in the range are on sale. You can take advantage of them to get to know this line: I am sure that it will not disappoint you and that you will have molds forever.
