Sabatier
Sabatier® was born in Thiers in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (France). The company, founded by Philippe Sabatier in the early 19th century, specializes in the manufacture of high-quality forged knives and is currently in the eighth generation of the family. A true tradition.
Since 2021, Sabatier® has been part of the De Buyer group (Le Brigade De Buyer), which allows it to maintain its high standards of quality and the forging and manufacturing tradition inherited from previous generations of master cutlers.
