Shrimp fried rice (no oil!)
We can't resist sharing this air fryer fried rice recipe. The truth is that air fryers are making their way into more and more homes, because they let us enjoy croquettes, potatoes, or empanadas as tasty as fried ones, but without the guilt.
Coconut flan
I love coconut. It's something there's no cure for, so rather than hide my little passion I try to make the most of it. One of my favorite uses is in flans and puddings, and today I'm sharing a recipe that turns out perfectly. More than perfect — you get utterly addictive flans!
Sautéed broad beans with garlic, mozzarella, and sun-dried tomato
I'm sharing a fava bean recipe from my everyday cooking that I love. I adore fava beans. I like them simply sautéed with garlic; on the days I want to indulge I add mozzarella, which when melted is amazing with the fava beans. But the way I enjoy them most is by taking just two more minutes and sautéing them with mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes in oil and pine nuts. What a delicious combination!

Coconut loaf cake with caramel topping
We’ve been celebrating the discounts at Nordic Ware, and I’m joining the celebration with this Coconut and Vanilla Loaf Cake topped with salted caramel glaze — it turns out amazing. To pay tribute to the brand, we bake it in a Nordic Ware Loaf Cake pan (I used the Heritage Loaf Cake), which lets you achieve a beautiful finish with no fuss, since the pan does all the work to give it that lovely shape.
Mini caramel blondies in mini bundt pans
You can make mini blondies in Nordic Ware mini-bundlettes molds! This caramel blondie recipe is utterly delicious and gives you a bite ready in no time. Its buttery flavor and the aroma of brown sugar are delightful, and it’s a great way to present classic blondie bars in a beautiful format, thanks to the finish the Nordic Ware mini-bundlettes mold provides.
Hasselback Chicken with Spicy Tomato and Mozzarella
We were inspired by the popular Hasselback potatoes to turn very ordinary chicken breasts into a decidedly festive dish: today we’re making Hasselback Chicken with tomato and mozzarella in a spicy tomato sauce. Or, in other words, chicken breasts stuffed with the boldest flavors of Italy. Delicious.
Mató muffins with jam and crumble
You'll regret making these mató muffins! Because you'll want to make them over and over. I must warn you that these mató muffins (or, if unavailable, ricotta) filled with jam and topped with an almond flour crumble are some of the tastiest I've made — I think I've found my perfect recipe!
How to cook chestnuts
Boiling chestnuts, not roasting them, is one of the easiest things you can do if you plan to cook chestnuts and the result is delicious. I fondly remember how at home, when I was little, at Sunday autumn dessert time they would bring two trays to the table: one with chestnuts roasted over the fire, and the other with boiled chestnuts. Honestly, it was hard to decide which were tastier. They always disappeared!
Monkfish tails American-style with clams
You asked us for more fish recipes in a casserole, and nothing is more delicious than monkfish tails in sauce, American-style and with clams. It’s a truly exquisite recipe, first for the quality of its main ingredient—we all know how exquisite monkfish is in every bite—and also for the bold flavor of the sauce we serve with it.
Halloween Cookies: Chocolate and Peanut Spiders
With these chilling chocolate spiders, more beyond preparing a Halloween recipe, you'll make some little chocolate and peanut cakes delicious.
Red cabbage and pear cream
Although this dish is very common on Christmas menus, nothing should prevent us from including it in our celebrations at any other time of the year. It is an elegant, eye-catching starter that is sure to win over our diners' appetites. Because it's de-li-cious.
