We love fresh salmon at home and our latest discovery is these salmon tacos in oriental sauce. To prepare it we use a wok and in a very short time we have it on the table.

As many of you know, a couple of months ago we opened our new offices. Here, a carpenter we knew worked wood as it has always been done. This workshop, where we now have our offices, still conveys what it had meant and gives me the feeling that it largely inspires what we do, it helps us convey this sense of craftsmanship, that we like the traditional, and that we put love in what we do as affection the carpenter put when treating the wood.

Today, while I was cooking, my mind has escaped for a moment from where it was and has moved me to a large kitchen, very large, with light furniture and lots of light; a kitchen with a very large island in the center, and a huge window that opened onto a garden with a beautiful lawn and my little garden in one corner.

We all know that we always go at the last minute to finish all the Christmas shopping. You can now be proactive and start two months before, whether it be with some little detail that you have agreed to do, or because you have not yet decided what you buy for that important person in your life, that you end up buying at the last minute!

What joy! Yes, yes, we are happy because last week we closed a collaboration agreement with a portal that we follow a lot, and that we are sure you will like too: www.delicooks.com . It is a gastronomic project based on the love of the kitchen, the affection for things well done and the enjoyment of good food. They are a team made up of professionals who love cooking and enjoy cooking, making exquisite presentations and luxury photos.

Are titanium pans safe for health? Are the diamond ones better? Many customers call us looking for Teflon-free nonstick pans because they are concerned about the effects of Teflon on their family's health. Some customers ask us for titanium or diamond pans since they understand that they do not have Teflon (we can think that their coating is made of titanium, diamond or in some cases granite or stone).

Today I want to write about a woman who is a reference for me. If you know its history, you will immediately understand what my tastes and style are in the kitchen.

We are very excited as some magazines (Hello, Woman, Casa&Campo, Casa viva, etc) are mentioning our store and some of its products. Being a newly created online store, we have to try by all means to make ourselves known and reach our audience: people who are passionate about cooking and care about the quality of the ingredients and utensils they use.
