This pumpkin spice cake is exceptional! It has a flavor of the most vibrant, thanks to all the spices it incorporates. Today we give it the shape of a pumpkin, with the Pumpkin mold from Nordic Ware (Don't you find it super pretty and original?), but you can give it the shape of bundt cake or other loaf cake, there are so many pretty shapes!

This chocolate and vanilla sponge cake has triumphed this summer at home. Because yes, we have continued baking to have homemade and delicious breakfasts and snacks.

toffee panna cotta

I already have my bundt moulds ready to bake hard this autumn, but I am also using them for other preparations, such as today's: a pannacotta, which is a dessert with a texture similar to flan, very silky and really delicious.
