  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup of very ripe banana puree*
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Nomu vanilla extract
  • Optionally: chocolate chips (to make banana and chocolate brownies)

To understand the quantities, it is enough to take a glass or cup of 250ml capacity in water. Fill that same glass to measure all the ingredients.

  • A 250ml glass or cup of water will be equivalent to a 125gr glass or cup of flour.

*To make the banana puree, simply mash them with a fork.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the Nordic ware brilliance bundtlette pan with release spray containing flour, and evenly coat the details of the pan with a pastry brush.
  2. In a bowl , mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven, wait 8 or 10 minutes before unmolding by inverting the mold on a cooling rack.
  8. Wait for them to cool down and enjoy! You can sprinkle a little brown sugar and icing sugar on top to decorate with the help of a hand strainer.
