Classic Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Can you smell it? That cinnamon-bread aroma fills the whole house and all my senses, which is why I couldn’t keep this recipe to myself! It’s a delightful bread! This cinnamon and raisin bread is very easy to make. It requires little kneading and I call it bread... although it would be just as fair to call it cake, since it sits somewhere between the two (it’s a bread that needs rising, but you won’t have to do a long kneading).
Garlic and Cheese Bread
There's no better way to put a smile on your guests' faces than by serving this garlic bread with snacking cheese at dinner. They'll go crazy! It bakes up crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside, with the outstanding, delicious flavor of the cheese blend and garlic. Certainly an occasion to make the saying come true: you won't leave even the crumbs!

Kanelbullar, Swedish braided cinnamon buns (traditional recipe)
The Swedish buns, known as 'Kanelbullar' (kanelbulle, singular), have become a culinary treasure of Swedish tradition. These buns, intricately twisted, imperfect and individual, capture the warm essence of cardamom from southern India. Cinnamon and cardamom are the most popular fillings, topped with Swedish pearl sugar on the cinnamon ones and a touch of sugar with cardamom on the cardamom ones. I encourage you to try them because they are delicious!
Mini chocolate baguettes
One of the snacks from my childhood (and adolescence!) that I remember most fondly was bread with chocolate. A few squares with a slice of bread made me the happiest girl in the world. That bread tasted like heaven and what can I say about the chocolate! With today’s recipe we’ll turn that fantastic duo into a single piece, shaping it into a mini chocolate baguette that will delight everyone at snack time or at breakfast.
Pita bread, the easy Arabic bread recipe
Discover how to make authentic Pita Bread, the popular Arabic flatbread, similar to naan but hollow on the inside. That feature gives it the great advantage of being an extremely versatile bread (you can fill it with everything from classic falafel to raw or roasted vegetables, or delicious strips of meat). And you'll love to know that it's a super easy recipe to make!

Cheese boat bread (authentic Adjarian Khachapuri)
You have to discover how delicious Adjarian Khachapuri is: today I bring an authentic culinary journey to Georgia, where this boat-shaped bread recipe with cheese and egg comes from, and which has captivated the hearts and palates of those who try it.
Day of the Dead Bread
You’ve probably heard of pan de muerto (or pan de los muertos), a recipe that every year, as All Saints' Day approaches, grows more popular worldwide. It’s a rich, tender, and flavorful bread with a very characteristic shape (with strips of dough shaped like bones crossing it on top).
Mediterranean Focaccia
I confess I'm in love with focaccia, whatever way it's seasoned. Dressed simply with extra virgin olive oil, a little salt and rosemary, I find it delicious both to accompany some cheeses or the lunch salad, and to eat on its own. If you like it as much as I do, I invite you to make this Mediterranean focaccia recipe, which with the touch of ham, is delicious.
Bread ball
Baking bread is always one of the best options we can choose when we want to switch off and relax a little. But, if we also want to foster our more creative side, we can make a different shaping like this Pan Pelota.
Raisin bread in bread maker
I love raisin bread, and I couldn't go without a recipe that turned out great in the bread machine, because it makes breakfasts or mid-morning and afternoon snacks much easier. I wanted a loaf well filled with raisins, with a crunchy crust—the kind that crunches when you press it (yes, even though it's a bread machine loaf)—and dense, and this recipe meets all those criteria.
