Recipes with eggs
You will have to excuse me, the title of the post is neither tricky nor cardboard: today I bring you a lot of recipes for your lunches and dinners with eggs, lots of eggs!
What am I talking about? It turns out that every second Friday of October (in this case, precisely today October 11), is International Egg Day, and we have a lot of recipes to celebrate it... And enjoy it at the table!
Aubergine falafel wrap with yogurt sauce
Wrapping some tasty vegetable meatballs together with fresh vegetables and a delicious sauce is something I could never get tired of. Eating a wrap like this, with your fingers, is celebrating life and the senses. And here is the recipe for a good one. Roasted aubergines and mushrooms give an intense flavor to the balls (without being fried, in the non-stick frying pan from le Creuset they can be made with very little oil, without sticking).
Steamed mussels with chopped tomato
It means arriving at this time of year and putting myself in "dinners on the terrace" mode, with friends, in a lively environment and with cool recipes that take me very little work. Without a doubt, the one that never fails is the steamed mussels, which is one of the easiest dishes to prepare that you can resort to. It is an inexpensive dish that everyone usually likes, and washed down with a good Ribeiro... What am I going to tell you that you don't know!
Homemade pistachio and cheese burgers
At home my mother always made the hamburgers; he preferred to choose the meat and have it minced at the moment and then season it with garlic, parsley and onion. Those things are not forgotten and I have been unable to buy prepared hamburgers.
Recipes from the first Claudia&Julia Showcooking in Madrid, with WMF
A week ago we were in Madrid. We went neither more nor less than to the Miele facilities in Alcobendas, with the WMF team and with two collaborators whom I appreciate very much, Miriam and Carmen, to enjoy a fabulous afternoon.
Wok-fried radicchio with green beans and oranges
Did you know that we spend between 30-50% of our time rambling? That without realizing it we get distracted and absorbed in an internal flow of thought unrelated to external stimuli? We spend so much time like this that it has even been said that it is the default state of our brain.
