Irish soda bread
If there's an easy-to-make bread, it's undoubtedly Irish soda bread. Few ingredients, easy to find, that only need to be mixed, lightly kneaded, and baked. In half an hour of baking we have a delicious bread ready to eat. No waiting, proofing, complicated kneading techniques or anything like that.
Moroccan-style rabbit
Rabbit is one of my favorite meats, especially when we have barbecues at home. It's a white meat, low in fat and I find it very flavorful, especially when we help it with aromatics like rosemary and thyme. I also enjoy preparing it "al ajillo" (with garlic), with rice, or like today, with this Moroccan-style rabbit that almost cooks itself since I finished the cooking in the oven.

How to make egg noodles
At home we usually make a lot of fresh pasta, we love it, but especially my son. I couldn't say which he likes more, whether sharing the time together in the kitchen preparing it or later tasting it. He's a pasta fanatic. I've been introducing him to Asian cuisine for some time (which I adore!) and so far he's liking it quite a lot. The easiest way to make a first contact are noodles.
