We love fresh salmon at home and our latest discovery is these salmon tacos in an Asian-style sauce. To prepare them we use a wok and in very little time they are on the table.

As many of you know, a couple of months ago we opened our new offices. Here, a carpenter we knew worked the wood as it has always been done. This workshop, where we now have the offices, still conveys what it once meant and gives me the feeling that it largely inspires what we do, helping us convey this sense of craftsmanship — that we appreciate the traditional, and that we put care into what we do in the same way the carpenter put care into working the wood.

Today, while I was cooking, my mind drifted for a moment from where I was and carried me to a large kitchen, very large, with light-colored cabinets and lots of light; a kitchen with a very wide island in the center, and a huge window that looked out onto a garden with a beautiful lawn and my small vegetable patch in a corner.

What a joy! Yes, yes, we're happy because last week we closed a collaboration agreement with a portal we follow closely, and that we're sure you'll like too: www.delicooks.com. It's a gastronomic project based on a love of cooking, a fondness for things well made, and the enjoyment of good food. They are a team of professionals who love cooking and enjoy preparing dishes, making exquisite presentations and stunning photos.

Are titanium pans safe for health? Are diamond ones better? Many customers call us looking for non-stick pans without Teflon because they are concerned about the effects of this substance on their family’s health. Some customers ask us for titanium or diamond pans because they understand they do not have Teflon (we can assume their coating is made of titanium, diamond or in some cases granite or stone).

Today I want to write about a woman who is a true role model for me. If you know her story, you'll immediately understand my tastes and my style in the kitchen.

We are very excited because some magazines (Hola, Woman, Casa&Campo, Casa viva, etc.) are mentioning our store and some of its products. As a newly created online store we must do everything we can to make ourselves known and reach our audience: people who are passionate about cooking and care about the quality of the ingredients and utensils they use.
