Salmon Tacos with Asian-style Sauce
We love fresh salmon at home and our latest discovery is these salmon tacos in an Asian-style sauce. To prepare them we use a wok and in very little time they are on the table.
My opinion on the Microplane Zester grater
There are absolutely delicious dishes that are very easy to prepare. They are the dishes that save us when a meal is improvised or when there isn’t much time. At home, one of these staples is arugula salad with Parmesan. When well dressed, it’s a dish we love.
Today, while I was preparing it, the idea came up to tell you about the grater we always use at home, the Microplane Zester grater. Does a simple grater deserve an entire post? This one does! It’s the best grater in the world (that’s what I was told, and that’s what I’ve confirmed myself). Without a doubt, it deserves that I tell you about its virtues.
