Golden gnocchi with Brussels sprouts and mushrooms
Pan-fried gnocchi in a skillet is a little pleasure. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and with that comforting flavor that makes you always want seconds. We love them at home, and this time I paired them with Brussels sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, and a generous handful of grated pecorino on top. The result is a simple but delicious recipe, with a creamy touch and a bit of crunch that makes it irresistible.

Raise your hand if you want a plate of sautéed gnocchi with mushrooms and spinach! Since I imagine many hands will go up and I don't have a pan that big, I think the best solution to make sure no one misses out on their portion of gnocchi is to share the recipe with you. That way, after trying it, you can make it as many times as you like and also adapt it to your taste.
