There's little time left to finish the year and I'd like to take a moment to review the utensils we've sold the most or that have had the greatest growth this 2017. We've noticed that interest in cooking with good frying pans and making bread at home repeat positions on this year's list. We've also seen how more and more people worry about achieving a nice table presentation and recovering the use of natural products in the kitchen. I'll leave you with the 8 top products of this year!
1. De Buyer cast iron frying pans
A classic in our shop that I hope never goes out of style. They are ideal pans to enjoy healthy, natural cooking without spending a fortune. Plus, they last a lifetime. What more could you ask for?

2. Le Creuset mini cocottes
We've always sold Le Creuset mini cocottes well in the shop, but this year has been crazy! Honestly, I'm not surprised. They are adorable and useful for a ton of things: storing food, presenting appetizers or sauces, baking in the oven, serving desserts... They're a delight!

3. Luigi Bormioli airtight jars
You don't miss a thing! We added these jars a little over a year ago and they started selling timidly, but as our customers tried them, growth was incredible. The recipe for their success has been the trend of removing plastics from the kitchen, making many more preserves at home, their manufacturing quality and their removable clamp closure to clean the jars in the dishwasher or present them at the table without the lid.

4. Le Creuset nonstick frying pans
Another classic in our shop, Le Creuset nonstick frying pans are ideal for those recipes that resist us in cast iron or stainless steel pans. As nonstick pans they are simply perfect: lightweight, with a quality nonstick surface, amazing manufacturing quality and also a beautiful design.

5. Emile Henry bread ovens
If you like making bread at home you surely already know Emile Henry ceramic ovens. It all started with the round oven; we introduced it shortly after creating Claudia&Julia and it was a huge success. But over time and with new bread oven models the growth has been unstoppable. Today we have 4 different models (round, baguettes, loaf and XL batard) and they are one of the best-selling and highest-rated products in the shop.
6. WMF stainless steel frying pans
Looking for alternatives to nonstick pans, many customers have discovered stainless steel frying pans. They were little-known pans in Spain (we use them much less here than in the rest of Europe) but they have a lot of advantages: they have no nonstick coatings or other finishes, they are lightweight and require no special maintenance. They require an adaptation period (here I tell you how to use them) but they are totally worth it.

7. Le Creuset cast iron cocottes
What can be said about Le Creuset cocottes? Is there anything more coveted by home cooks around the world? Okay, I know KitchenAid is also an object of desire, but the Le Creuset casserole has been a real bestseller this year. It's ideal for enjoying cooking, it inspires us to make incredible recipes, it delivers perfect cooking results, it looks gorgeous on the table, and it lasts a lifetime. You couldn't ask for more, right?

8. Nordic Ware baking pans
Another product that repeats from our top from last year! Nordic Ware pans are relatively new in Spain (they arrived with the boom of American baking) but I think they're here to stay for a long time. They are beautiful pans that achieve perfect baking and make any cake look incredible. I assure you they are addictive!
