Raquel, author of Los Tragaldabas, teaches us how to make the most of the new grill Bra Infinity, a grill with a super-reinforced nonstick coating and a removable handle, which allows cooking both on the stove and in the oven. In this case, it presents a classic: oven-roasted chicken with vegetables. Delicious, appetizing, and with an excellent presentation — success is guaranteed!

The recipe I bring you today is one of the must-haves at home; I imagine it's the same for you. Roast chicken is a dish that, because of its simplicity, is delicious; it also admits endless combinations, which makes it even more appealing: vegetables like tomatoes, onions, carrots, squash… fruits, like apple, grape, pomegranate. Any mix is perfect and makes each time we have a different recipe.

For the roast I used the new Bra Infinity grill, made of cast aluminum. The new Infinity grill invites sustainable and healthy cooking. This range has a new PREMIUM® interior non-stick coating, a unique non-stick on the market free of PFOA. You will achieve surprising results due to its great durability, resistance, and non-stick properties. Maximum heat performance, better energy use thanks to its diffuser base, which distributes heat evenly.

The entire Infinity range is designed for maximum robustness and great resistance to deformation. When cooking and thanks to its interior non-stick coating, you'll need less oil to cook, which is an advantage for all of us trying to follow a healthy diet.

It is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. You can use it in the oven as it withstands up to 220º and thanks to its removable handle it will be very easy, plus you'll save space both in the oven and in storage. For cleaning, the dishwasher is allowed, and if you wash by hand avoid abrasive scouring pads or anything that might scratch.

The whole Infinity range is already in my kitchen and I can't stop using it; I think it's all advantages. The non-stick seems to me one of the best I've tried, the removable handle is perfect because it allows you to use the pans and grills in the oven and then serve directly at the table. And of course, roasts and other recipes are finger-licking good, an essential without a doubt.

For this type of recipes the ingredients are basic: a good free-range chicken, some small French onions, cherry tomatoes... everything counts so the result is perfect. Oil is paramount and if you want to give it a different touch add a truffle oil, simply spectacular, or if you seek something more discreet, almond oil or avocado oil suit it perfectly.

Ingredients

1 free-range chicken
Small French onions
Cherry tomatoes
Parisian potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Fresh thyme
Juice of two oranges

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 200º.

2. Place in our Infinity grill the chicken and the unpeeled Parisian potatoes halved.

3. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a good splash of extra virgin olive oil and the orange juice.

4. Roast at 180º for about one hour (place the grill in the oven and remove the handle).

5. After half an hour of cooking, add the peeled whole small onions and the cherry tomatoes; add a little oil on top of these, season with salt and pepper and roast. We add the onions and tomatoes later because they need less cooking time than the chicken and potatoes, this way we avoid overcooking them.

6. Once the hour of baking has passed, check that the chicken is ready and nicely browned. If you think it needs more time add a few more minutes; it will all depend on the oven and the size of the chicken. Mine was small; one hour was enough.

7. Add a few sprigs of thyme to give a fresh touch.

8. Reattach the handle, serve and enjoy our roast at the table.
