Ingredients

  • 560 g of clean fresh strawberries
  • 110g of sugar
  • 20 g freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 6g vanilla extract
  • 2g of salt
  • 300 ml of whipping cream 35% mg
  • 300 ml of whole milk

Preparation

  1. Blend the strawberries, sugar, lime juice, vanilla extract and salt in the Magimix blender .
  2. Add the cream and milk to the blender . Press the power button and blend again until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Put the mixture in the Zoku ice cream maker bowl in the freezer until the mixture is completely made ice cream.

Yogurt Coffee ice cream

  • 375 g Greek yogurt
  • 170g white sugar
  • 120 ml of whole milk
  • 2 short espresso coffees

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients in a medium jar until they are well integrated.
  2. Take Zoku's Ice Cream Bowl out of the freezer.
  3. Pour 150 ml of the mixture into the Zoku ice cream bowl .
  4. Stir the mixture into the bowl and watch as it slowly freezes and butter. Do not stop mixing until a creamy ice cream has been made. And you already have it. Enjoy this homemade ice cream!

Philly-Style Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 350 ml of whole milk
  • 350 ml of whipping cream 35% mg
  • 170g of sugar
  • 150g cocoa powder
  • 15g vanilla extract
  • 4g of salt

Preparation

  1. Beat the milk, cream, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until the cocoa powder is fully integrated.
  2. Cover the mixture and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Stir again to finish integrating the cocoa into the mixture.
  4. Take out the Zoku Ice Cream Bowl and pour in 147 ml and continue mixing.
  5. In a few minutes you can already enjoy this delicious ice cream.

Cardamom and Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 225 ml of whipping cream 35% mg
  • 120 ml of whole milk
  • 75 g cane sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 large egg yolks lightly beaten
  • 7 g of pure vanilla extract
  • 360g blueberries plus a few more for serving
  • 20g honey
  • 3 grams of cardamom

Preparation

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix the cream, milk, sugar and salt until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Slowly pour 237 ml of the cream mixture into the egg yolks and gently whisk to bring the temperature of the egg yolks up to a higher temperature.
  3. Next, slowly add the egg yolk mixture to the saucepan along with the vanilla and cardamom and stir until the mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
  4. Remove the mixture from the heat.
  5. Place the blueberries and honey in the Magimix blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the blueberry mixture and integrate it into the other mixture.
  7. Let the mixture cool for 1 to 2 hours.
  8. Remove the Zoku ice cream bowl from the freezer and pour in 90g of the mixture.
  9. Stir the mixture in the bowl until it freezes and becomes ice cream.
  10. Finally, garnish with a few fresh blueberries on top and you're good to go.

Lemon ice cream

Ingredients

  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 190g of sugar
  • 470 ml of whipping cream 35% mg
  • The zest of 2 large lemons
  • 120 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 g of pure vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Prepare a large bowl with a mixture, half ice and half cold water.
  2. Place another smaller bowl with a mesh strainer in the center of the larger bowl.
  3. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.
  4. Heat half the cream with the lemon zest in a medium saucepan over medium heat until the cream begins to bubble around the saucepan.
  5. Slowly pour the hot cream over the eggs and sugar, whisking constantly until all the cream has been added.
  6. Return the cream to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. You will know that it has to be removed from the heat when you pass through the spoon with which you were stirring your finger and a line is marked (approximately 77ºC). Don't let the mixture boil.
  7. Strain the mixture through the prepared strainer and chill for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add the lemon juice and vanilla.
  9. Cover and chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 8 hours (or use Zoku bowls to chill instantly for creamy ice cream).
  10. Before using you have to stir the mixture well again.

To give it a more special and delicious touch, you can serve it with a little red fruit on top or if you prefer a little almond crocanti.
