Vanilla extract is ideal for use in baking recipes where you want to add the touch of its aroma. Thanks to its liquid form, it saves you from having to scrape the pod and prevents the pod from drying out.
Thanks to its high concentration, just a coffee spoonful of this extract is enough to flavor a liter of cream, custard, or liquid.
