Do you want to prepare a delicious snack or dessert for your loved ones? Luisa Morón, from Cocinando con mi Carmela , prepares this delicious brownie with Nutella, a sweet recipe prepared with the Le Creuset skillet . A recipe that will make your mouth water just by reading it. Do you dare?
I have had the Skillet frying pan for a long time. Since then I have been trying to find many recipes that I can cook with it. I am delighted with it, with its enamelled iron, its design, its size and its possibilities.
I usually make both savoury and sweet recipes. You can even use it to present it on your table, as I love the utensil. It has a very pretty rustic design. But one of the most successful recipes at home is the Nutella brownie . It's an incredible chocolate hit but it's worth it. If you like chocolate, this recipe is an addiction.
Ingredients
- 150 butter melted and cooled.
- 400gr of Nutella.
- 150gr brown sugar
- 150gr white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 100gr of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to maximum. In a bowl, add the butter, Nutella, brown and white sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Add the flour, salt and baking soda. Stir again until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Add half a cup of chocolate chips and stir again so that they are incorporated into our mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet that we have previously greased with a little butter.
- Add the remaining drops and add a few more white chocolate drops. This is optional.
- Place in the oven at 180º for about 25-30 minutes. Wait until the edges are fixed to our skillet and check with a knife, prick it right in the middle. If it comes out clean it is ready.
- Allow to cool on a rack.
Tips:
- It can be enjoyed warm, although with a touch of heat it becomes an incredibly delicious brownie.
- If you want to accompany it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, you will round off the dessert or snack. It will be addictive!

Hola Mireia!
