It's very interesting to analyze the products that most people have been interested in throughout the year. What makes me very happy about 2016 is seeing that There is a clear trend toward healthier and more natural, and without a doubt as well toward everything that is homemade. Here are the Top 8 most trending this year:
1. Cast iron pans
Concern about healthy eating has been trending for some time now, but we're also concerned about the utensils we cook with. Hence the resounding success of the De Buyer iron frying pans: are a fabulous option that many people have chosen this year. Cast iron pans are a very healthy choice, perfect for making fried foods, griddle dishes, and all kinds of stir-fries; they are free of nonstick coatings and other chemicals, and they are designed to last a lifetime in your kitchen.

2. Vegetable spiralizer
This year we’ve made it clear that we want to eat healthy but also that it should be pleasing to the eye. Both the Spirelli spiralizer (also in your XL version) like the Gefu Spiralfix have become established as effective and very practical items, with which to prepare beautiful and delicious salads (green, rice, pasta...) and wok dishes with no fuss and in a jiffy.

3. Chemex Coffee Maker
Chemex is the queen of the slow life we’re all advocating for, and it’s also the brewer used to make some of the world’s best coffees, with no residue or acidity and perfect filtration thanks to its special filters.

4. Bowls and mugs Tokyo Design Studio
The beautiful designs and colors of Tokyo Design have become hugely popular this year because they offer superior quality at super-affordable prices. Their success has come not only from the combination of good quality at a good price but also from a strong desire to make the most of every moment at home: their bowls and cups they make any breakfast and meal more cheerful and tables more beautiful.

Among the most highly rated designs are the collection Nippon Blue and the Star Wave as fresher and younger options, and the line Fleur de Ligne as a more elegant option.
5. Ovens for baking bread at home
I'm sure you haven't missed the fact that baking bread at home is in fashion. And it's an absolutely delicious trend that I hope lasts forever. Making your own bread not only ensures you know what ingredients you use, but it's a real pleasure: it more than makes up for the small effort it takes. What's more, the pleasure of eating your own bread is second to none. That's why, in this year's list of Top picks, you'll find the Emile Henry ceramic bread ovens: they create a humid environment inside that ensures a crispy crust and a fluffy crumb. They're an absolute marvel!

6. Pans for the stovetop and the oven
Both the iron pan Skillet from Le Creuset such as the Infinity nonstick frying pan from Bra have stood out this year because, unlike other conventional pans, they can go in the oven. This feature lets you cook as usual on the stovetop and finish with a gratin or browning in the oven in no time. Make sweet recipes like a tarte Tatin, or prepare full oven-baked dishes in a beautiful pan, which you will then serve directly at the table.

7. Bundt pans
American baking has brought with it something we really are fans of: molds Bundt type. With them you can make beautiful cakes with no more effort than pouring your batter into them instead of a traditional pan, and the result is truly eye-catching. It is said of Nordic Ware that has the best Bundt pans in the world and, without a doubt, its fame has spread, making these pans already in the homes of almost all of us who love sweet recipes.

8. Pallarès Knives
Another notable trend this year is artisanal products. Pallarès iron knives have been one of the clearest examples of this, given that their fame has not only spread throughout the country but has crossed borders and they are already an icon across much of Europe, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and many other countries around the world. Their success? The combination of an excellent cut with a beautiful look thanks to their boxwood handle, and a price that’s more than affordable for every budget (especially when you know it will last a lifetime in your kitchen drawer).
