Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup of wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

For the cinnamon sugar:

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • A pinch of salt

For the Chocolate Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Optional: sprinkles

Preparation

  1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat the butter until melted. Avoid overheating.
  2. Add the remaining doughnut ingredients to the bowl: flour, sugar, milk, egg yolk, vanilla, baking powder and nutmeg. Mix well until smooth.
