- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 ¼ cup of wheat flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
For the cinnamon sugar:
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon sugar
- A pinch of salt
For the Chocolate Glaze:
- 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Optional: sprinkles
Preparation
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat the butter until melted. Avoid overheating.
