Before starting with the recipes, so you can see how easy it is to make perfect pancakes, I leave you a small tutorial with the steps to use your Nordic Ware pancake pan:

      1. Put the pan on the heat, at low/medium power, to heat it up, leaving it for a few minutes to distribute the heat over the entire surface.
      2. Grease the cavities with butter or baking spray, using a brush to coat the entire cavity.
      3. With a spoon or ladle, pour the pancake batter you have prepared into each cavity.
      4. Keep on heat until bubbles stop forming. This, along with the browned edges, tells you it's time to flip the pancakes.
      5. Flip them with the help of a spatula and when they are also done on the other side, remove them to a plate.
      6. Repeat the previous steps until you finish the prepared dough.
