• The pots, the Shallow Casserole, and the handle feature Cool+ technology, patented by WMF, which insulates the handles, grips, and knobs, reducing heat transfer generated inside the utensil, allowing you to hold and move the pieces safely and comfortably.
• All pieces are made of 10/18 stainless steel Cromargan®, exclusive to WMF, with a satin polished finish. It is wear and scratch resistant, tasteless, easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and very hygienic.
• The knobs and handles feature a red silicone gasket, which not only gives them an elegant finish but also helps reduce heat transfer.
