Today I come with something different, a selection of toast recipes that are ideal as an improvised dinner or as a quick appetizer and are always a hit with attendees. There is nothing complicated about preparing a variety of toasts and the result is, in addition to being very attractive, very delicious.

You can make them with any type of bread , either with a narrow loaf type baguette or flute, or with a wider loaf and even with a loaf, but in these cases, I recommend cutting the slices in half, thus making larger bites. small ones that will prevent you from being satisfied with a single piece of toast.

So that you can choose the ones you like the most or serve a varied assortment that will delight all diners , we are going to make these five varied toasts , as simple to prepare as they are successful and delicious:

  1. Tomato and anchovy toast
  2. caprese toast
  3. Salmon and crème fraîche toast
  4. Ratatouille and fresh cheese toast
  5. Scrambled egg toast with ham and tomato

Saludos
