Preparing roasted pear or apple is the easiest, fastest and most delicious there is, and you will imagine that made with a touch of cinnamon and combined with yogurt it is a delicious recipe. Today I bring you how to make these little cups of yogurt and roasted pear with cinnamon , which you have ready before saying "plis".

These yogurts are just as tasty with pear as they are with roasted apple , so use one or the other fruit interchangeably, or mix both because it's also a great option.

To make the yogurt we will use the yogurt maker , if you do not have it or do not know it I invite you to see this post , in which we show you that far from making only yogurt in it, you can make an infinite number of desserts.

Yogurt with roasted pear

Ingredients

For the roasted pears:

  • 3 Conference pears or 3 Golden apples (whether apples or pears, pick them ripe but not too ripe, or they'll be too rotten; if they're green they'll be too hard and won't have as much of a cinnamon flavor)*
  • 1 generous tablespoon brown sugar
  • A few tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder (you can also apply a cinnamon stick).
  • (Optional) Half a teaspoon of ginger
  • Half a glass of water
*For the recipe, you can also use a mixture of pears and apples.

For the yogurt:

  • 600 ml of fresh whole milk
  • 1 quality natural yogurt

Preparation

For the roasted pear or apple:

  1. Clean, peel and cut the pear or apple into squares, and arrange them in a mold or tray suitable for the oven.
  2. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top, mix and pour a few tablespoons of water and also the honey. Mix again and put in the oven at 180ºC until it looks tender and done (in about 15 minutes you have it ready).
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool.

NOTE: For these yogurt cups you can also do it with pear or apple compote. Simply put the fruit in a saucepan, practically cover with water and turn on the heat. Go mixing and wait for the fruit to soften and the water to reduce.

For the preparation of the yogurt:

  1. Pour the pear, apple or a mixture of both into the small glasses, introducing a tablespoon into each one (so that a finger from the base of the Multidelices yourtera glasses remains covered by the fruit).
  2. In a bowl and with the help of some ball-tipped rods (we are not interested in incorporating air into the mixture), mix the yogurt with the milk, and pour into the glasses. Cover them with the respective lids.
  3. Connect the yogurt maker and prepare it by putting a finger of water in the base. Arrange the yoghurts inside and turn on the "Yogurts" mode (if you want to leave them curdling for 8 hours) or the "Yogurts express" program (if you want them done in 4 hours). Wait for the program time to elapse and the yogurts will be ready.
  4. Let cool in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Grades

  • When you mix the milk and yogurt, you can take the opportunity to sweeten it with stevia or sugar, if you prefer sweet yogurt. You can also make them as per the recipe, and add the sugar later, when you go to eat them.
  • Whenever I put apple or pear to roast I do more. This is how I take advantage of the leftover roasted pear or apple to make some puff pastries, or make them a little more puree and put on toast -They are a delicious breakfast! Or to take by spoonfuls, that is always a good option.
  • If you want to make a few cups of yoghurt in express mode and save on roasting the fruit, you can also use jam: place a few tablespoons of your favorite jam in the bottom of the glasses and add the mixture of milk and yoghurt on top. You will see how rich!
