Preparing these cinnamon and honey marinated pork tenderloin skewers will take you just a few minutes, and the result is really tasty. I strongly encourage you to try it - with so little effort but such a delicious result, it will become a classic among your friends and family this summer.
The mixture of ingredients in the marinade may seem a bit strange, but the truth is that it creates a contrast with the meat that results in a real delight. After leaving the meat to marinate for a while, the skewers can be made on the barbecue or grill in just a few minutes.
Today we are making them on the WMF Lono Master Grill , a grill that is very pretty and versatile, since you can use it both inside the house without having to turn on the stove or you can use it as a kitchen or barbecue on the terrace, in the garden or at the campsite.
Ingredients
- 1 Iberian pork tenderloin
- 2 shallots, finely chopped.
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 20 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- Virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Preparation
- Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl , mix all the ingredients to make the marinade: shallots, honey, cinnamon, mint, olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper. Set aside.
- Thread the pieces of pork tenderloin onto skewers , place the skewers on a platter and cover with the marinade you have prepared. Leave to marinate for about 2 hours.
- Drizzle some olive oil over the meat and place the skewers on the preheated WMF Lono electric grill . Turn them over to cook on all sides and remove them when they are well done.

- You can accompany the skewers with a little basmati rice, or with vegetables cooked on the same grill, and you will have a delicious complete dish.
