Le Creuset ceramic mini-casseroles
Ingredients
- 1 portion of Brie
- 1 portion of goat cheese
- A few tablespoons of honey
- 4 tablespoons butter
- A few sprigs of sage
- 2 tablespoons jam
- Crackers, nuts, bread, etc. to serve with the Brie and goat cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Add honey to the bottom of the Le Creuset ceramic mini-casserole, then add the portion of goat cheese. Spoon a layer of honey on top and add the Brie. Drizzle with more honey and bake for 7–8 minutes.
- While it bakes, prepare the sage butter by melting the butter in a skillet. Once melted, add a few sprigs of sage. Cook until the butter starts to caramelize and brown.
- Spoon your favorite jam over the baked goat cheese and then pour the sage butter on top. Serve with crackers, nuts, or the fruit you prefer. Enjoy!
