Ingredients

  • 1 serving of brie
  • 1 portion of goat cheese
  • a few tablespoons of honey
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • A few sprigs of sage
  • 2 tablespoons of jam
  • Cookies, nuts, bread, etc. What you want to serve with the brie cheese and goat cheese

Elaboration

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add honey to the bottom of the mini Le Creuset ceramic cocotte and then add the portion of goat cheese. Spread a layer of honey on top and add the brie cheese. Add honey on top again and bake for 7-8 minutes.
  2. While it bakes, prepare the sage butter by melting the butter in a skillet. Once melted, add a few sprigs of sage. Cook until the butter begins to caramelize and brown.
