Baked Brie with Sage Butter

Le Creuset ceramic mini-cocottes
Ingredients
- 1 serving of brie
- 1 portion of goat cheese
- a few tablespoons of honey
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- A few sprigs of sage
- 2 tablespoons of jam
- Cookies, nuts, bread, etc. What you want to serve with the brie cheese and goat cheese
Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add honey to the bottom of the mini Le Creuset ceramic cocotte and then add the portion of goat cheese. Spread a layer of honey on top and add the brie cheese. Add honey on top again and bake for 7-8 minutes.
- While it bakes, prepare the sage butter by melting the butter in a skillet. Once melted, add a few sprigs of sage. Cook until the butter begins to caramelize and brown.
- Spread your favorite jam over the baked goat cheese and then add the sage butter on top. Accompany it with crackers, nuts or the fruit of your choice. Take advantage!
