There’s nothing like starting the day, waking up in the morning and breathing in the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. How do I turn this moment into a true dream? By making myself a good breakfast with freshly baked bread at home. Homemade bread, crusty and ready in no time!

The satisfaction I get from eating the bread I've kneaded with my own hands is indescribable.

I use the ceramic bread oven by Emile Henry and the results are magnificent: A loaf with a firm, crunchy crust and super fluffy, soft slices, and the aroma... it's totally irresistible!

The secret of this oven lies in its baking: the domed lid recreates the same conditions as a traditional bread oven. I'll leave you a small sample of this stroke of culinary genius.

There are other very easy and practical options for making our bread. With a bread maker: we just have to put the ingredients into the pan and set the time we want the bread to be ready. The bread maker kneads the dough, lets it rest, and finally bakes it inside the bread maker itself so it’s ready at the scheduled time.

I have tried the Princess bread maker, with which I have also kneaded dough or made jam and the Moulinex bread maker, which has a special accessory for baking baguettes. I have to say that both have given me excellent results.

Did you know you can also make bread with our casseroles? As I've told you before, the casserole has the ability to distribute heat evenly to the food, which encourages even cooking. So the casserole reproduces the conditions of an oven for bread. Every day I'm more and more pleased with my casserole and everything I can cook in it.

I recommend a book: Homemade Bread, where you will find homemade bread recipes. The author us explains in a very simple way everything they have learned over these years spent making bread at home, while teaching hundreds of people to do it.

You can make all kinds of bread, with seeds, with aromatics, with different flavors... What’s more, people with food allergies or anyone who is celiac can be fully confident they are eating completely natural, additive-free bread.

As you can see, Making bread at home is something you can do at home in very little time and without any difficulty.

I love experimenting and cooking new recipes. Having all kinds of homemade breads at home tailored to my family’s taste is quite a luxury. I’m attaching one of my favorite recipes that I make in my Emile Henry oven. Let me know how it turns out!

Me podéis explicar cómo funciona realmente.
Muchas gracias
