Ice cream is a summer thing (although if you eat it all year round, we won't tell anyone!), and making it at home couldn't be easier with Zoku ice cream makers, since in just a few minutes you'll have your ice cream ready to eat. All you need to remember is to leave the ice cream maker in the freezer so it's nice and cold when you're ready to use it. Then, you can make all kinds of ice cream with them, from horchata or orange juice ice cream to ice cream as delicious as the one Lola brings us today, from Loleta Life, Food & Market. Will you miss it?
One of the best things about summer is ice cream and popsicles. Today I'm bringing you one of my favorite recipes: some yogurt popsicles with cocoa and hazelnut spread, made with the Zoku ice cream maker: a recipe that's as easy and quick as it is refreshing, and one everyone at home will enjoy. Kids can make it, and it's very healthy!
You can have these delicious yogurt popsicles for dessert or as a snack, and you can make them in just a few minutes with the Zoku ice cream maker. Don't believe it? I didn't either, but after trying it, my son couldn't live without it.
The truth is that discovering these ice cream makers has been a win: kids have a blast inventing dessert recipes with their favorite ingredients. You'll have healthy, 100% natural ice cream in just a few minutes and they'll enjoy desserts and snacks with you.
Ingredients
- 3 Greek yogurts
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Nomu vanilla extract for baking
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa and hazelnut spread
Preparation
- Put the Zoku ice cream maker in the freezer so we can make the popsicles in just a few minutes. It needs to be in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
- Put the yogurts in a bowl and add the sugar and vanilla extract. Stir with a teaspoon until the sugar has dissolved.
- Put our yogurt in a disposable piping bag and set aside.
- Put the chocolate and hazelnut spread in another disposable piping bag and heat it in the microwave for about 10 seconds to get a more liquid texture, so it is easy to work with.
- Take the ice cream maker out of the freezer and, after placing the sticks according to the ice cream maker's instructions, alternate layers of the two ingredients using the piping bags. I like the layers to be uneven because I think they look nicer that way.
- Let it rest for a few minutes. This mixture hardens very quickly, so there is almost no waiting time. After just a few minutes, remove the popsicles using the key.

Hola María, pues tengo que suponer que sí, pero depende siempre del molde. Con estos de Zoku no hay problema, pero según el material en qué estén hechos puede que se peguen al desmoldar. Todo es probarlo :)
