Making homemade bread is one of our favorite pastimes right now. It's great for the kids who sometimes prefer to eat a sandwich with softer bread for a snack. Or for breakfast, some delicious toast with olive oil.
There is nothing better than making your own bread at home and of all the breads I have made with the Moulinex bread maker *, this is one of the ones I repeat the most.
Believe me, it is addictive and much more convenient than having to knead by hand or watch the times, since the programs do everything. Of course... you control the quality of the flour, the milk and all the ingredients.
Moulinex OW6101 bread maker with baguette accessory , Le Creuset Damascus steel knife
Ingredients
- 500 g of flour
- 220 ml of water
- 50 ml of milk
- 18 g fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 22 g of oil
- 10 g of salt
Preparation
- In the bread maker 's vat, place the following in order: water, milk, salt, flour, yeast and sugar.
- We place the bowl in the machine* and select program 4, the weight of the bread (the quantities are for a small loaf) and the level of toasting we like.
- We press the power button and let the bread maker do its job.
- We remove the tub and unmold the bread.
- We cut it into slices with a lyre, or with a very sharp knife.
*I have used the Moulinex OW6101 bread maker but you can prepare it in exactly the same way with the Moulinex OW240E30 bread maker (it is also a matter of adding the ingredients, turning on the chosen bread program and waiting for it to knead and bake the bread by itself).

We can put the slices in a bag and freeze them to toast them when we eat them. Although when we do this, it is not always the case because they tend to fly away!!

A que peso os referís con “pan pequeño” en esa panificadora? No se si todas hacen los mismos tamaños
