This honey miso mushroom recipe offers you a delicious and surprising combination of sweet and savory flavors . This recipe for today is undoubtedly a perfect option for day to day, because you will make it in no time and it will enliven any meal due to its flavor and contrast.

We prepare the recipe in the Le Creuset Balti Dish , a piece as beautiful as it is versatile and, without a doubt, the most practical :

  • its size occupies little but offers you a lot of capacity;
  • both allows you to cook on the fire or in the oven;
  • It has the qualities of a wok for sautéing, a high frying pan for frying, a cocotte for roasting in the oven or for stewing vegetables, meats and risottos.
  • Since it does not have a lid, it is much cheaper than a cocotte, but offers many of its benefits (and is lighter)

To this day, it is one of the pieces that I use the most in my day-to-day cooking, and I invite you to discover it and enjoy it with a recipe that works great for you: thanks to its smaller base but its wide mouth, the juices circulate perfectly and the heat penetrates quickly, cooking these mushrooms in about 5 minutes.

If you prefer to finish it in the oven, put the Balti Dish in the preheated oven at 180ºC and let it cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  7. Remove from heat or oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds. When serving, drizzle with sesame oil.
