We choose each product in the shop with great care. Each one has a reason for being: some for their materials and sturdiness, others because we consider them a good option for those who don't want very heavy products, some because we saw them one day in a shop window and didn't stop looking until we found them... And when you make a selection with so much care, the project becomes even more intimate.
Perhaps reading this will help explain to those who follow us on some of our social networks because from time to time I cheerfully announce "At last it's arrived!", because it's true that the joy when a new product arrives is great, and I want to share it.
Well then, today I am happy to announce that we are adding several products to the shop that we are very satisfied with: a line of nonstick products from the well-known brand Bra, and other stainless steel items from the same brand.
Deciding to add these products was easy: Bra is not only one of the leading nonstick brands in Spain, but talking with Enrique or Claudia (yes, finally another Claudia!) about the products excited anyone. They are so convinced of their quality and believe so much in the possibilities they offer that we had to try them. The results could not have been better, I am very pleased with the outcomes, the feel they convey and the design of the products. For that reason, we are delighted to be able to add them to the website.
The bet is not risky: Bra is a company with more than 50 years of history, which started strongly with stainless steel products, also manufacturing here in Spain. Little by little it grew and expanded its range, and today it is a benchmark in both stainless steel and nonstick for offering high-quality products at truly competitive prices.
Efficient Orange non-stick range
Let me tell you a bit about them, because they certainly deserve a spot. I want to start with the non-stick range: we’ve added the Efficient Orange range, which is a gem. Every product in this range is made of cast aluminum and features a highly reinforced, PFOA-free non-stick coating. They have a thick base that helps distribute heat evenly and allows them to be used on gas, glass-ceramic, or induction.
Additionally, its design is very cheerful and functional, a Set of products undoubtedly designed for everyday use that you'll use a lot.
Bra Efficient product range - frying pans, paella pan and Shallow Casserole.
In the range you will find frying pans, with the orange handle that makes them highly recognizable. Also, they are available in a wide number of sizes, so you can choose the one that best suits each case.
The paella pan, available in three sizes and also oven-safe. A good option for those who prefer to ensure that rice or fideuás don't stick or who want a paella pan that is lighter than iron ones.
Finally the Shallow Casserole -this is one of those items you end up using a lot: you can roast a chicken in it as well as make a stew or a risotto. It's pretty and easy to handle, with removable handles to handle the Shallow Casserole, and its glass lid is practical. For some time Bra has wanted to show that their products are versatile and offer many possibilities. For that reason, they have been asking food blogs and industry professionals to try the products and create recipes with them. The results couldn't have been better: from fabulous rice dishes to delicious meat stews, through very simple and fun dishes that delight adults and children alike, to tuna tatakis, pumpkin ravioli or sausage rolls. Bra stainless steel range
Regarding the stainless steel products, we are adding what we consider kitchen essentials, saucepans and pots. They are all quality products, the Professional range, with a triple-layer base that distributes heat very well and can be used on all heat sources. What I love about this collection is the look of the traditional handles - those huge handles that make the pot perfect for carrying when it's full of water and ingredients, and give it a traditional touch that I adore -; but with a modern contrast that draws attention, since much of the pot is satin-finished, except for the upper part, which is shiny. One product I love from the collection, and which will easily be one of the least noticed, is the steamer accessory. It fits both the tall pot and the low one (the Shallow Casserole) and allows for those healthy ways of cooking we look for day to day. Also, it will be useful strainer for everything you need, and it doesn't take up space since you can store the Set stacked.
