I've wanted to talk to you about these pans for a while, the BRA Infinity. In fact I had so much thought about what I wanted to tell you that you could say today's post practically writes itself...
You know I'm in love with cast-iron pans, but there are times when it's useful to use a nonstick pan — when we make certain sauces, when we cook delicate foods like white fish, or when we need a lightweight pan. The fact is that, before adding the BRA Infinity pans to the collection we tested them at home for a while — it's something we usually do and I consider very important for products we use daily like pans. After that trial period, I realized that when I'm going to use a nonstick pan, the Infinty is the one I reach for most often. At that price point, it's without a doubt my favorite and one of the best nonstick pans I've seen in years.

As Enrique and Claudia told us — from Bra Isogona, both delightful, let me say! — the day they came to present the new range, the Infinity pans are designed to last many years in the kitchen, which makes the investment really worthwhile; but they also have features that pleasantly surprised me. That's what I want to talk to you about today.
Under the name Bra Infinity two products have been developed to date, the pan, available in several sizes, and the square grill, both smooth and ridged. All of them are presented as products with a very high-quality nonstick coating and a super-reinforced nonstick that they say is one of the best on the market. Their ten-year warranty — rare to see for a nonstick pan — speaks for itself.
The other great virtue is the detachable handle, which in my view can be very useful for two purposes: reducing storage space and allowing you to put the frying pan or grill in the oven, either to make a recipe from start to finish or to finish it under the grill.
Features of the Inifinity pans
When we first saw the Bra Infinity pan I was surprised by the good feel in the hand. It feels like a robust pan, with a quality nonstick coating and a detachable handle that holds the pan perfectly; in fact it doesn't seem detachable until you remove it. Having a detachable handle allows us to use the pan in the oven (without the handle) for baking or gratinéeing so we can prepare some recipes without using multiple utensils. Another advantage is that we can store the pan without the handle if we're short on space.

With use I've seen that the pan performs wonderfully, the nonstick works really well and I get the feeling that if we use it properly, we'll have the pan for years. Another advantage is that the pan is made of cast aluminum, one of the best technologies available for making pans, so it distributes heat very well and ensures it will never warp from excessive heat.
It's a pan I would recommend without a doubt for customers who want a good nonstick pan at a very reasonable price. If we use it properly, wash it by hand, don't use metal utensils and use it at moderate temperatures (for high-heat cooking we have cast-iron pans), without a doubt we'll have the pan for years and the satisfaction of using a tool that conveys a lot of quality.
Recipes with Bra Infinity
Both the frying pans and the grills in the Infinity range are designed for all types of heat sources: gas, ceramic, and induction, but also for the oven, after first removing the handle. This way, you can either make a recipe in which you put all the ingredients into the grill and pan and cook it in the oven, as is the case with Oven-roasted chicken with vegetables, since you can cook with it on the stovetop and finish the recipe in the oven (make a gratin, reheat a previously prepared dish, etc.). You can see another example of a delicious recipe prepared in the pan with the Fish tacos with avocado mayonnaise.

Thanks, it is good because it is a cast iron pan, so it stands out of the crowd because majority of pans are not made of cast iron, so they are not non-stick and they may be a bit difficult to clean as well. PansReviews.com

No hablas sobre el teflon y lo dañino que es para la Salud, no hablas de que contienen PTFE, creo que eso debiera aparecer para que nadie se llame a engaño
