Ingredients
- 20-40 g cookies (such as Maria or Digestive biscuits)
- 200 ml heavy whipping cream
- 200 g cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
- 150 g lemon curd (Lemon Curd Tiptree)
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp Madagascar vanilla extract
- 75 g powdered sugar
Preparation
- Crush the cookies in a food processor or with a mortar and pestle until they are small chunks (not fine powder).
- Distribute the crushed cookies evenly in the serving glasses or cups.
