One of our favorite bloggers, Carmen Vázquez has prepared this delicious recipe with our Emile Henry ceramic mold : An appetizing chocolate cake made her way. Have you seen what it looks like? To lick your fingers!
We think it is a true work of art, the truth is that it has turned out beautiful and for this reason, we want to share its recipe with all of you.

Ingredients:

4 eggs
180g. butter at room temperature
40 g. pure cocoa powder
40 g. cornstarch
150 g. icing sugar
120g. White Chocolate Nestlé Desserts
500 g. milk
1 envelope of curd
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

Preparation:

Separate the whites from the yolks.
We ride the snow egg whites and set aside.
Beat the egg yolks with the butter until we have a creamy mixture, add the icing sugar, cocoa and cornstarch and mix well.
We are gradually adding the whipped whites and integrating them into the mixture with a spatula, with enveloping movements, taking care that they do not get too low.
Pour the mixture into a low-greased mold and place in a preheated oven at 180º for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

For the filling we put the chocolate with the milk in a saucepan to melt, add the curd envelope, sugar and ground cardamom and beat everything well and leave until it is very hot but without boiling.
Once the base is cold, we put the filling on top.
We put the cake in the fridge for a few hours and decorate as desired.
