Ingredients:
4 eggs
180 g. butter at room temperature
40 g. pure cocoa powder
40 g. cornstarch
150 g. icing sugar
120 g of Nestlé Desserts white chocolate
500 g. of milk
1 envelope of curd
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Preparation:
We separate the whites from the yolks.
We beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Beat the yolks with the butter until you have a creamy mixture, add the icing sugar, cocoa and cornstarch and mix well.
We gradually add the whipped egg whites and integrate them into the mixture with a spatula, using circular movements, being careful not to overwhelm them.
Pour the mixture into a greased shallow mould and place in the oven preheated to 180º for 25 minutes.
We remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
For the filling, melt the chocolate with the milk in a saucepan, add the packet of curd, sugar and ground cardamom and mix everything well until it is very hot but not boiling.
Once the base is cold, we put the filling on top.
We put the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours and decorate it to taste.
