Making bread at home is right now one of our pastimes, and bread machines have made it very easy to enjoy homemade bread with little effort and no knowledge of baking. I'll prove it to you! I bring three bread recipes that are great for lunches, dinners, or even for enjoying exquisite toast with oil for breakfast: the recipe for an onion bread that will make you fall in love, a seed bread ideal for those who want to take care of themselves, and the recipe for a walnut and gorgonzola ciabatta that will become your favorite for casual dinners.

There is nothing better than making your own bread at home and of all the breads I've made with the Moulinex bread maker, these are some of the ones I make most often.

The seed bread is ideal to accompany a meal, but personally I really like it for a big breakfast. The onion bread and the walnut and gorgonzola loaf are perfect for preparing a great dinner.

Believe me, they are addictive and much more convenient than having to knead by hand or watch the times, since the programs do everything. That said… it's advisable to check the quality of the flour, the milk and all the ingredients. Let's get started!

Onion bread

Ingredients for 1 kg loaf:

  • 250 ml of water
  • 3 and a half tablespoons of oil
  • 20 g of sugar
  • 2 and a half teaspoons of salt
  • 640 g of bread flour
  • 1 and a half teaspoons of dry baker's yeast
  • 130 g of onion

Preparation

  1. Cut the onions into small dice, drain them and let them cool.
  2. Pour the ingredients into the pan of the bread maker in the following order: water, oil, sugar, salt, flour and yeast.
  3. Place the pan in the machine. Select program 6, the loaf weight and the desired crust color.
  4. Press the "on-off" button. When you hear the first beep (after about 25 min.), add the onions to the dough.
  5. When the program finishes, turn off the machine, remove the pan and unmold the bread.
  6. You can now enjoy this delicious bread made with your bread maker!

Seed bread

Ingredients for 1 kg loaf:

  • 400 ml of water
  • 2 and a half tablespoons of canola oil
  • 2 and a half tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 330 g of rye flour
  • 330 g of whole wheat flour
  • 2 and a half teaspoons of dry baker's yeast
  • 100 g of flax seeds
  • 30 g of sunflower seeds
  • 20 g of poppy seeds

    Preparation

    1. Pour the ingredients into the pan of the bread maker in the following order: water, canola oil, honey and salt.
    2. Next, add the two flours and the dry yeast.
    3. Place the pan in the machine. Select program 6.
    4. Press the "on-off" button.
    5. When you hear the first beep (after about 23 min.), add the black flax seeds, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds.
    6. When the program finishes, turn off the machine, remove the pan and unmold the bread.

There you have it! See how easy it is to make bread at home with the Moulinex bread maker?

    Walnut and gorgonzola ciabatta

Ingredients for a 1.250 kg loaf:

    • 450 ml of water
    • 5 tablespoons of green olives
    • 2 and a half teaspoons of salt
    • 760 g of bread flour
    • 80 g of chopped walnuts
    • 100 g of gorgonzola
    • 2 and a half teaspoons of rye flour

    Preparation

    1. Pour into the pan of the bread maker the ingredients in the following order: water, olive oil, salt, flour, chopped walnuts, gorgonzola and yeast.
    2. Place the pan in the machine. Select program 13.
    3. Press the "on-off" button.
    4. After one hour, turn off the machine and remove the dough from the pan.
    5. Flour the work surface and divide the dough into 8 pieces shaped into rolls. Cover them with a cloth and let them rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
    6. Preheat the oven to 240°C (setting 8). When the oven is hot, brush the pieces of dough with olive oil. Place them in the oven with a container of water to humidify the oven.
    7. Let them bake for 25 minutes. Cool them on a rack. Enjoy!

    Hola!

    Gracias!!!

    Silvia said:

En todas las recetas ponéis que se utilice levadura. No se puede hacer una masa madre o vieja, sin levadura? No tenéis ninguna receta para hacer pan sin levadura?
    Gracias
