The Fissler Essential Black ceramic frying pan is the new generation of Fissler ceramic pans: it retains the coating of the iconic Ceratal Fissler, but with a refreshed design that makes it more accessible, without giving up the German quality that has made it such a success.

This frying pan keeps the same highly durable, PFAS-free ceramic coating that made the Ceratal range famous: an effective non-stick surface, easy to clean and perfect for healthy cooking with very little fat. What changes is its structural design: it includes a new diffuser base that is slightly thinner and a simpler handle, maintaining all its functionality while reducing the final cost — so enjoying a quality German frying pan is easier than ever.

Its black ceramic coating, elegant and durable, is ideal for cooking vegetables, meat, fish or eggs without sticking, and for achieving even browning with excellent heat control. It is also suitable for all heat sources, including induction.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To extend and maintain the non-stick properties of its ceramic coating, the frying pan should be heated gradually over medium-low heat with a little oil.
