We're talking about Le Creuset again, but this time about a line many of you haven't heard of: Le Creuset's baking range, which includes some non-stick pans that are wonderful. Miguel Ángel, author of the blog Pimientos Verdes, is delighted with them and tells us about his experience in this post.
If you enjoy home baking as much as I do, you'll know that having a good collection of pans is essential and necessary for making different recipes.
As with all products, we can choose among countless brands and qualities and I favor two brands that for me are a must-have in any home: Nordic Ware bundt pans and the Pâtisserie collection from Le Creuset.
Today I want to tell you about my experience with the Le Creuset Pâtisserie range, a brand I've already shared my experience with regarding their cast-iron items and with which I am completely satisfied.
The truth is that when I learned Le Creuset was launching this new baking line I was very happy. I already knew I would find a product of very high quality and very durable. The reality was that these pans exceeded my expectations. And moreover, at a very competitive price. You really can't ask for more!
These pans are made from carbon steel and you can tell just by picking them up (they're a bit heavier; when you hold one you appreciate that it's a quality pan). They're much more durable than other pans on the market; they don't warp with temperature changes from hot to cold.
Something very important I'd also like to highlight is the excellent baking they provide: because they're made of metal they retain heat very well and give our cakes a perfect bake. In addition, they're coated with a PFOA-free non-stick material that makes unmolding very easy and also simplifies cleaning. Whether you choose to wash them by hand or in the dishwasher (as I do), you'll see they stay like new.
The Pâtisserie range is very extensive, so we have more than enough variety: cupcake pans and mini-cupcake pans, cookie and cake pans, for plum cakes, low tart pans...
You may also find it interesting to know that, leaving aside that the range includes springform pans, the round tart pans have a removable base, which is a great help to ensure a flawless presentation on the table.

On the left, springform pan; on the right, pan with removable base.
As I mentioned earlier, cleaning them is very easy since they are dishwasher safe. You can perfectly use metal utensils to handle the batters you bake. That said, take care not to use sharp objects that could scratch them. I've had some of these pans for over a year and they're like new! It's an investment that's well worth it.
Now some of the products in the range are on sale. You can take advantage of them to try this line: I'm sure it won't disappoint you and you'll have pans for life.
If you'd like to see some of the results achieved with these pans, here are some recipes I hope you also enjoy:

On the left, mini chiffon cakes made in the Le Creuset cake pan; on the right, double chocolate muffins in the Le Creuset cupcake pan.
As always, if you have any questions about the Le Creuset Pâtisserie range, you can leave a comment on this post and I'll be happy to answer.

Hola, he leído algunos comentarios de que los tiempos de horneado habituales se quedan cortos para estos moldes y no salen bien. Es así? Estoy pensando comprar algunos pero eso me echa un poco atrás. Muchas gracias y un saludo.
