For the mass:

  • 10g yeast
  • 140ml lukewarm water
  • a pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. In a glass with warm water, crumble the yeast and dilute it.

  3. The next day, remove the dough from the fridge and let it lose the cold for 30 minutes.

Heat a large frying pan (I recommend using a non-stick frying pan or the Le Creuset Iron Skillet , brush with oil), add a little olive oil and put 3-4 pancakes on it. If you like pizzas with a good herbal flavor, sprinkle some herbs on top of the dough, they will release all their aroma. Cover the pan (you can use the Nordic Ware smoker lid ) and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Remove the lid, turn them over and cook on the other side for a few minutes. In about 5-7 minutes you have them ready!
