Nordic Ware has designed this lid to melt cheese on burgers, to leave a smoky flavour on meat and fish or simply to maintain the temperature of food. You can use it on all types of cookers: on top of grills and pans or even on the barbecue!
It has a diameter of 22cm and a height of 10cm, and is made of aluminium so Nordic Ware recommends not to clean it in the dishwasher.
