Chocolate Bundt Cake
Luisa Morón, from the blog Cocinando con mi Carmela , presents us today with a delicious chocolate bundt cake. The cake that you propose is easy to prepare and can be baked in any mold, but a bundt type mold will give it that special presentation and texture that we like so much. I hope you enjoy her recipe and photos.
Since I have a blog I have discovered many kitchen utensils that I did not know about. Thanks to this one I have been finding tools that have been in my kitchen for almost 5 years now and they are not lacking, I could no longer live without them. I could talk about fetish ingredients or utensils, but in this case we will talk about my fetish utensil. I may have several but one that drives me crazy and that cannot be missing in my kitchen are the Nordic Ware pans . I already had a small one that from the beginning has amazed me, but recently I made this one that I used in this recipe, the Heritage , and it is a little bigger, it is perfect for today's recipe.
I could assure you that if you get one you will love it, it is also a tool for life. You just have to take good care of it and pamper it, even your grandchildren can inherit it. For its care, when washing, use only a sponge and little soap to avoid scratching it, and when removing the mold, do not use a knife as it may scratch and this is not convenient for us. When we are going to use it, we only have to grease it with butter or special oil spray and when it is time to unmold it, once we take it out of the oven, let it cool on the rack for 10 minutes, this is very important so that it does not break. After just this time, turn around and it will come out on its own.
Now we turn to a delicious recipe that you will surely like.
Ingredients:
4 fresh eggs
220 gr. of sugar
200 gr. butter at room temperature
80 gr. pure cocoa
200 gr. pastry flour
1 packet of yeast
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180º.
In a bowl pour the eggs and sugar, mix.
Add the butter and mix everything until you have a homogeneous mass.
Add the cocoa and unite everything. Add flour and yeast, mix again until everything is well mixed.
Pour over the mold, I have used a Nordic Ware bundt cake mold , the Heritage mold , because I love it for my sponge cakes, about 20 cm long, previously greased with butter (or use release spray )
Place in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes at 180º.
I hope you like it and enjoy it.

Felicidades.
