Our friend Miriam García, author of the blog El Invitado de Invierno, always knows how to make good use of the different kitchen tools. Recently she noticed Le Creuset’s ceramic terrine and has posted a recipe on her blog that stands out for its quality and ease of preparation.
It’s a Moorish-style meat terrine. Its charm lies in the quality of the ingredients and in finding your preferred personal touch when it comes to seasoning and spicing. An easy, practical, and different recipe to enjoy day-to-day or to accompany a celebration. You can see it on her blog here.
If you want to see more details about the Le Creuset square terrine you’ll find it here.
We’re also happy to see she gets such good use out of the Pallarès iron knife, which you’ll also find in the shop, here.
