Laura, from the Because food blog, brings us a recipe that delights the whole household. Easy to prepare, it will catch your guests' attention and be a treat for young and old alike. We leave you with this provoletta prepared by Laura, who makes it in one of Le Creuset's most versatile and stylish pans, the Skillet skillet.

At home there are several magic words, and one of them is Provoletta. When it’s mentioned, the iPad closes, the bike gets parked, the phone flips face down... and suddenly we all snap out of our own little trances to gather, standing or sitting—it doesn’t matter—around the provoletta. You have to enjoy it piping hot while the cheese is stretchy, and do a little friendly battling with forks and bread, trying to snag the most golden bits from the bottom. Without a doubt, an ideal nibble to enjoy in good company.
Ingredients
- 300gr provolone cheese
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes or a couple of slices of regular tomato
- Herbs to taste (basil, oregano...)

Preparation
- Place the Le Creuset skillet over medium-high heat with the provolone cheese on top, and sprinkle with a little oregano.
- When the bottom half of the cheese has melted, put the skillet in the oven at 200 º with the cherry tomatoes on top.
- Let the cheese melt and take it out when you see the edges start to brown, about 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
