What are pellet grills

Barbecues, in general and traditionally, are outdoor units where wood or charcoal is placed and, on a top grate, all kinds of foods are cooked naturally, with the great addition of that roasted aroma and a characteristic smoky note.

Thus, the Traditional barbecues work by burning charcoal or wood. It is simple and economical. The big drawback is the time and hassle that lighting them usually requires.

Due to the time and difficulties required by charcoal barbecues gas grills appeared. Convenient and practical, these are grills you’ll have up and running quickly, since the gas ignites instantly (just as you light a gas stove, you light the grill). But there’s a big downside, especially for lovers of authentic barbecue: the results lack that smoky touch that only burning charcoal or natural wood can provide.

And this is where pellet grills come in: pellet grills, whose origin was born in the Traeger the ones we're talking to you about today are barbecues that bring that authentic, unique barbecue flavor thanks to the smoke and flavor from burning natural wood (the pellet), and they also incorporate the convenience and ease of gas grills, as they ignite at the push of a button. Pellet grills combine all the benefits of charcoal and gas grills, with no drawbacks. They're the perfect grills! Exactly as you're reading it. Shall I keep going? Follow me!

The Traeger universe

Traeger also has a wide selection of utensils to cook with comfort, safety, and ease on the grill. Robust, high quality, and generously sized, are made in stainless steel with wooden handle and feature a leather strap at the end so you can easily hang them from the hooks on the side of the grills, keeping them within easy reach.

And since there's no barbecue without sauce, I can't help but recommend the Traeger sauces. I had the opportunity to try them at the presentation of their barbecues, and I was impressed by their delicious flavor and the possibilities they offer when combined with foods cooked with the different pellets—whether for glazing meats, serving alongside them, or adding the finishing touch to vegetables and fish. Truly delicious!
