Ingredients
- 500 g cooked white rice
- 100 g frozen peas
- 200 g frozen and peeled shrimp
- 2 tablespoons ActiFry soy sauce
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon ActiFry curry powder
- 1 tablespoon ActiFry olive oil
Preparation
- In a bowl, gently mix the broth with the curry and olive oil using a mixing spoon or whisk until well combined.
- We remove the tank from the Actifry oil-free fryer to place the ingredients in it.
- First, we will place the peas, distributing them on both sides of the tub and leaving the handle side and the front side free.
- Next, we will arrange the rice, placing it on the mango side.
- All that remains is to place the prawns in front of the rice.
- Once we have all the ingredients in the bowl, we will pour the sauce that we prepared in the first step, distributing it evenly over the ingredients.
- We place the container back into the ActiFry and close it.
- We program the WOK mode (7) and the duration, which will be 12 minutes.
- After the time has passed, our sautéed rice is ready.
- We serve and eat!
