Today we make it in the Le Creuset Skillet, a pan that is really beautiful and versatile, since, being made of cast iron, you can use it on the stovetop and it can also go in the oven. And it's also very eye-catching!

This dish will save you many dinners and appetizers, since it is very easy to prepare and also very quick and delicious. It’s one of those recipes I like to keep in mind when I want to cook something tasty that doesn’t take much time or effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 Provolone cheeses
  • 6 slices of Sobrasada 1 cm thick
  • 1 or 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Cut the sobrasada into 1 cm thick slices.
  2. Place the provolone in the Skillet.
  3. Add the sobrasada on top of the provolone so that it is distributed evenly.
  4. Put the Skillet in the oven at 160º until you see that the provolone has melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and add the egg on top of the provolone and bake again.
  6. Take the skillet out of the oven when you see that the egg is cooked.

You can now enjoy this delicious provolone, quick and easy.

  • You can accompany this dish with toasted bread or crispy sticks, or roasted carrots for even more enjoyment.
